1. PCOS ultrasound criterion: ≥20 follicles in at least one ovary and/or ovarian volume ≥10 mL.
2. Suspected ectopic pregnancy: Serial β-hCG interval → 48 hours.
3. Breastfeeding after normal vaginal delivery: Within 1 hour.
4. Methylene blue 3-swab test: Middle swab turns blue → Vesicovaginal fistula.
5. Cervical cancer screening at PHC: VIA using 3–5% acetic acid.
6. Low CSF glucose + normal blood glucose + seizures: GLUT-1 deficiency syndrome.
7. Prolonged febrile seizures + myoclonic epilepsy + SCN1A mutation: Dravet syndrome.
8. Hirschsprung disease: Rectal biopsy showing absent ganglion cells.
9. Anterior fontanelle closure: 12–24 months.
10. Maintenance fluid for a 12-kg child: 1,100 mL/24 hours (Holliday–Segar).
11. Supraspinatus tendinitis: Painful arc at 60°–120°.
12. Hypovolaemic shock requiring emergency induction: Ketamine.
13. Neglected CTEV with severe hindfoot degeneration: Triple arthrodesis.
14. Horner syndrome: Miosis + mild ptosis + anhidrosis.
15. Optic chiasm lesion: Bitemporal heteronymous hemianopia.
16. Hydrostatic test: Lung pieces sinking suggests absent aeration; the test alone is not conclusive for stillbirth.
17. Brownish-black injury scab: Approximately 4–5 days old (traditional estimate).
18. Gutter fracture of skull: Classically associated with tangential bullet injury.
19. Unnatural death of a married woman within 7 years: Section 176 CrPC / Section 196 BNSS — inquest provisions.
20. Fetal crown–heel length of approximately 25 cm: About 5 months (traditional estimate).
21. Fever + drooling + painful swallowing + widened prevertebral space: Acute retropharyngeal abscess.
22. Third cranial nerve palsy: Eye abducted and depressed in the primary position.
23. Snellen 6/6 vision: Complete letter subtends 5 minutes of arc.
24. HSG showing tobacco-pouch appearance: Tubercular salpingitis (genital tuberculosis).
25. Normal placenta: Discoid, hemochorial and deciduate.

➤ Common Peroneal Nerve injury
➤ Loss of dorsiflexion and eversion; plantarflexion and inversion are preserved.
5. Parotidectomy + numbness over the mandibular angle and lower auricle
➤ Great Auricular Nerve (C2–C3)
6. Contralateral lower facial weakness with forehead sparing
➤ Upper Motor Neuron (UMN) facial nerve lesion
7. Discharging fistula along the anterior border of the lower one-third of SCM
➤ Persistent Second Pharyngeal Cleft (branchial fistula)
8. Ipsilateral loss of proprioception, vibration and discriminative touch + contralateral loss of pain and temperature
➤ Brown-Séquard syndrome
9. Difficulty forming words, but comprehension is preserved
➤ Broca’s aphasia
10. Post-coital bleeding + cervical lesion that bleeds on touch
➤ Cervical polyp
