| 3 | بالنسبة للوقت هذا وقت كثير جداً واحنا كنا نتمنى اليوم الواحد في الجراحة ولم يتم مراعاة ظروف الطلاب حينها وضغطونا قوي وياليت كانت الجراحة مكان النسائية
لكن لم يجيبوا هذا الوقت حسب رغبة احد وانما كان حسب بدء الدوام الرسمي للجامعة وكذلك الوقت المتاح المتفق عليه مع رئيس القسم وتوفر الدكتورات
بالنسبة لوقت الجراحة والباطنة انتم عارفين ان المناديب عاملوا وساروا ورجعوا وتعبوا ومعهم بعض الطلاب وشافوا الرفض التام والنهائي من العمادة حتى ليوم واحد رفضوا رفضاً قاطعاً والطلاب الذي راحو يوم الوقفة شافوا وسمعوا بأنفسهم واللوم يعود كله على العمادة ولا نلوم احد من الزملاء

تم تأجيل اختبار البكالوريوس النسائية الى بعد إجازة عيد الفطر وذلك نزولا عند رغبة الطلاب ، على ان يكون اختبار النظري في يوم الثلاثاء والاربعاء ١٥٫١٦/٤/٢٠٢٥

4-arthritis with shortening of breath and in auscultation of heart you listen there is murmur of mitral regurge →→reactive rheumatic arthritis
5-pt. feverish, toxic, ill and complain of swelling and very painfull joint →→septic arthritis
6-tonsillitis or hepatitis or rubella with joint pain →→reactive arthritis
7-common in our country due to malnutrition there is prolonged bone pain and joint pain →→osteomalacia

start in dependent area and LL

لما اسألك وين تبدأ الedema في حاله الcardiac لا تقول في الLower limb كلكم تجاوبوا هذة الاجابة
قل في الdependent area
اللي مقعدين او عندهم paralysis
وهم مرضى قلب يكون عندهم sacral edema اكثر من L.L لذالك لازم تقول الdependent area على حسب الحالة..
➡️hepatic: abdomen
associated with fatigue, anorexia,vomiting, jaundice
➡️allergy: any where
➡️nutritional
⚡if the baby walk, playand run,
if the swelling
not disappear(nephritis)
disappear (nephrotic)

⚡⚡لو قالت قلت الكميه نقول decrease amount of urine
▪️ oliguria <1ml per kg /hour
▪️POLYURiA>5 ml per kg /hour
