yo guys i still think it's not the time to be trading...... if you are out there looking at stuff on-chain, you will notice that it's time to just sit on the major coins - btc, eth, sol - and also not a bad idea to focus on passive returns, sol being the best you might have seen the other day binance is moving into liquid staked sol, they are about to drop $BNSOL very interesting given they never entered the liquid staked eth market solana yields like 7.7% rn, and eth is like 2.8% eth isn't even a deflationary asset anymore because gas fees are too low, so i think the emissions need to change to something but i think also you can ask a nerd about that idk shit, point is, the rate is too low to really focus on, i do have some $stETH (lido staked eth) but let's talk about sol sol has pretty high inflation, about $1Bn in sol is created every 30 days sol DID hit ATH in market cap this cycle, but not in price/sol because of this inlation that's fine, my strong opinion it's still going to $500+ at some point during the rate easing cycle anyways so blah blah i am writing so much sorry 😂 here is the point - while we are waiting for some on-chain excitement, and the return of 'easy mode' so we can multiply our stack, imo it makes sense to stake some solana to be very clear - farming is gay - farming is totally cooked - there is nothing worth farming i stake sol in 2 ways 1. native staked this is where you delegate your votes to a validator, you can do it through phantom (click sol, then you'll see stake option)... when you do this your sol is locked, but you retain possession (no risk to lose it), your votes go to some guy, and when you want your sol unlocked you indicate and wait until the end of the epoch (an epoch is about 2 days) returns aren't wild, highest ones are 7.59%, but i like it cause it will lock your shit so you degens can't go blow it on rugs (me included) 😄 2. liquid staked now that farming is totally cooked/gay, there is no reason to use anything but jito.... just go on jito official site and deposit sol for jitoSOL, or even swap on jup cause there's zero slippage now swapping in/out of the major LSTs jito price rises vs sol at a rate of 7.7% annual, so the yield from staking is embedded you can just sell the jito whenever you want or swap back to sol message very long but i'm about done this is probably basic info to most of you, but hopefully some of you learned something here is an analogy - if you have a bank account, and you keep your money in checking, it's at 0% interest..... so most people would move some of that money to a savings account, which is otherwise the same but at least you get some interest, and you can freely swap between accounts so who cares the reason i don't talk about this so much is that a 7.7% annualized return is kinda shit in crypto, so when there is other things going on, we max those out but right now, there is nothing going on..... sit on your hands and stake some coins note there can be plays at any time i'm constantly evaluating i just think yeh, we are chilling until the fall - get past the election and rates start to come down then it will get crazy again that is all, hope u good - kook

btw im not bearish on the market in the mid/long-term at all all the majors will hit aths in q1 or q2 2025 same exact thesis with rates i just think most memes cannot make it there it will be a grind down for a few months play is stack btc eth sol but take smart risks to multiply those stacks (and gamble but expect losses, small amounts) so just approach all memes w much more caution rn
