Here's what to do: 1. Download the Spell Wallet Extension: link 2. Restore your wallet 3. Go to the dApp where your funds are 4. Connect your Spell Wallet Extension to the dApp 5. Withdraw your funds directly from the protocol back to your wallet 6. Once received - transfer them to any external wallet of your choice
