There’s an Explore section to discover journeys, along with features like comments and journey-level voting to keep things interactive and useful. In the patient panel, users can view a list of all hospitals available on the platform. They can check whether a doctor is available and book an appointment accordingly. After booking, the system shows the token number they will receive and the estimated time for their turn. Patients can also live track their token status so they know when to arrive at the hospital.
