We have successful deployed live Equinox vault contracts on mainnet in preparation for their launch on the 10th. The contracts ate governed by a 3/4 DAO governed by members of the Eclipse, Astroport and Neutron teams. After its initial stages Equinox and Eclipse governance will move towards a community governed DAO. Hey everyone an update on the MXS situation. Due to a hack of their vesting partners on launch causing a large influx of locked XSEED to hit the market, MXS got adversely effected and trading had to be paused. For this reason they have opted for a token swap. From the Eclipse Fi side, this caused liquidity thresholds levels in the services agreements to not be met, allowing for a refund to protect the community. A full refund will be automatically processed to all wallets for the XSEED sale. For wallets who have already claimed, this will subtract the portion claimed from the refund amount. This will done shortly, just a small amount of time required to cross-match claimants. Users will still be able to purchase the new MXS token from the market once the token swap is enacted. The portion claimed by certain users will also be eligible for the token swap.

Equinox Lockdrop entered its withdraw phase, which runs from 30 October 10am UTC until 1 November 10am UTC. The first day at most 50% can be withdrawn. The second day this will decline to 0%. Be aware that you can make at most 1 withdrawal per position.

We’re looking into it and working with MXS to understand what happened. Updates will come when more conformation is at hand.
