Добрый вечер, коллеги. Прям расстраиваюсь после пробника. Эксперт проверяла эссе двух моих учениц. Сказала, что в 3 абзаце нельзя писать This fact is explicable given that (какой же это факт, где они отрыли этот fact, почему он explicable и вообще, что это за слово given that!) 2) очень не понравилось " the most popular response" в 2 абзаце. Говорят, что строго настрого запрещено, в новых рекомендациях всё есть. Сижу с рекомендациями, ну в упор не вижу такого запрета. То ли я дурак, то ли лыжи не едут. Говорю- у Светланы О. в методичке по эссе так и написано - про "the most popular response" to the question... Не унимаются- у Светланы какого года методичка? Говорю- 2025. - Вот!!! А написала она тогда в 2024 (ну дичь же!!!) И вообще, в каждой области свои критерии!!! У нас в Яр.области могут не принять то, что примут в Москве. Ну, как с такими экспертами??? Хочу услышать Ваше мнение😔

Сегодня бинго. 1) Методические рекомендации, стр 58: "Автор пишет: “Looking more closely at the table, we can notice that the most popular response is “To make new friends” chosen by 55% of the surveyed. The second most sizable group prefers to take part in fun activities (15%).” Первое предложение верно описывает данные, второе содержательно неточное. "

А вообще знаете что? Я сходила в спа и мне похорошело. Мне понравилось делать комментарий по самой высокой опции. Получается, что нам достаточно откомментировать один этот самый высокий параметр, либо логически: «кошки самые популярные животные, и это неудивительно, ведь эти животные не только ласковые и красивые, но и легкие в уходе» либо через предположение: “National History museum” is the most popular option. It can be assumed that Zetlanders are very patriotic and fond of the history of their country” Комментарий получается коротким и емким. Как тебе такое, Илон Маск?

Почему-то со сноубордом не задалось в этот раз. В первый день я решила накататься на все 6800₽, с непривычки очень устала, жестко упала плашмя и привет — появился страх и катание закончилось. Началось выживание. Все остальные дни я боролась со страхом, и даже базовые повороты перестали получаться. От ужаса я падала еще чаще и больнее. До меня все доходит через 🍑: мой несчастный организмик столько раз на нее падал, что получил ушиб всей бабки. Дальше уже дело шло «через не могу»: для меня стало делом принципа побороть страх, но по факту каждое падение лишь его увеличивало. This is not surprising because highly-qualified professors and lecturers equip students with solid knowledge base. At the same time, few universities provide free dormitory rooms. Unfortunately, a problem related to choosing a university to study at is that some prestigious universities tend to have a limited number of tuition-free state-subsidized places or charge high tuition fees. However, the solution is to apply to other highly-ranked universities offering more affordable tuition fees or more tuition-free university places. Another way forward is to apply for a student loan offered by banks at a lower interest rate. In conclusion, I believe that higher education plays an essential role in our lives because it equips one with skills and qualifications needed in the workplace. Moreover, studying for a university degree shapes critical thinking and broadens one’s horizons.

Когда мне было 16 и надо было выбирать университет, я вообще не представляла, чем я хочу заниматься. «Выбери себе дело по душе, и тебе не придется работать ни одного дня в жизни», говорили они, но так как факультета курения за школой и гуляния с мальчиками нигде не предлагалось, мне оставался лишь английский. Странно, но почему-то я даже не рассматривала какие-то приличные педагогические, и поступила в МГОПУ, прости господи, имени Шолохова. Не знаю, что было решающим фактором, но думаю, что локация - он находился на юге Москвы, и добираться нужно было около часа. Из других минусов —москвичам там почему-то предлагалось только коммерческое отделение, но почему-то ни меня, ни родителей это не смутило. Видимо, они также не очень то верили в мои способности. Сейчас меня удивляет и огорчает тот факт, что я даже не попыталась поступить куда-то в нормальное место на бюджет, а сразу пошла в МГОПУ. Отучившись год на дневном, я родила ребенка и счастливо доучилась на вечернем, где нас вообще не напрягали, только два раза в неделю дрючили Аракиным до звезд в глазах. Так что могу смело сказать, что вуз не дал мне примерно ничего, кроме диплома. Там же я впоследствии защитила диссер, но это уже другая история. In conclusion, I believe that higher education is extremely important in our lives. It teaches people to think critically, helps develop problem solving skills and networking skills.
