About our awards ⤵️
Watch the video 🎬
Thank you for your support, trust, and for being part of this journey with us ❤️
| 2 | We won ❤️😎
Friends, today is one of those moments I will truly remember for a long time.
Papa Media became the winner of the Real Estate PR & Communications Agency of the Year award at the Gulf Business Real Estate Summit & Awards 2026 by Motivate Media Group.
For me personally, this is much bigger than an award or recognition.
Gulf Business is one of the most respected and influential business media platforms in the UAE and the GCC region, which makes this achievement even more meaningful for our entire team.
This moment represents years of consistency, risks, growth, challenges, partnerships, trust from clients, and a vision that we kept building step by step here in Dubai.
It has already been 11 years since Dubai became part of my life and journey. Today, this city truly feels like my second home. A place where dreams became projects, and projects became reality.
And what makes this moment even more special for me is the realization that in exactly three years I will celebrate 20 years of my journey in business and entrepreneurship.
So today feels like one of those important milestones on a very long road.
Thank you to our clients, partners, friends, team, community, and everyone who believed in us through all these years.
This victory belongs to all of us.
And honestly - we are only getting started. | 0 |

| 4 | OPENAI MAY SUE APPLE:
A NEW ERA OF AI COMPETITION BEGINS
Just a few years ago, Apple looked like the company that completely controlled the technology market. But now the situation is starting to change.
According to Bloomberg and Financial Times, OpenAI is considering legal action against Apple after tensions surrounding the integration of ChatGPT into the iPhone ecosystem.
And if you look deeper, this is no longer just a story about one contract or another dispute between two corporations.
This is the beginning of a major battle for control over the future AI market.
After the Apple Intelligence presentation, many believed Apple and OpenAI were becoming strategic partners. But based on leaks and insider reports, OpenAI was reportedly unhappy with how Apple positioned ChatGPT inside its system.
At the same time, Apple also started negotiations with other AI companies:
Google Gemini,
Anthropic,
and several other players.
And this reveals the key point:
Apple does not want to depend on a single AI partner. Apple wants full control over the entire AI infrastructure inside the iPhone.
And that means massive money, influence, and access to hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
In my opinion, the most interesting part of this story is something else.
In the past, tech companies competed for devices, apps, and social media platforms. Today, a new era is beginning - a battle for user intelligence, user attention, and the very interface between humans and technology.
Whoever controls AI
• will control search
• recommendations
• advertising
• media
• shopping
• communication
• and, essentially, people’s digital lives
That’s why AI companies are no longer just startups. They are becoming new centers of global influence.
And honestly, I think this is only the beginning of a massive corporate war that we’ll be watching unfold over the next 5–10 years. | 0 |

| 6 | Today I rode a professional road bike on a proper cycling track in Dubai for the first time.
I’d wanted to try it for a long time, but never really got around to it. Today I finally did - and honestly, the experience was much stronger than I expected.
We rode around 15 kilometers. During the ride my heart rate stayed around 155–160 BPM, so my body was definitely working in a completely new mode. But the most interesting part came after the ride. I sat down to rest for 5–10 minutes, my pulse slowly recovered, and suddenly I felt this incredible lightness in both my body and my mind.
It’s probably that moment when endorphins kick in after physical activity and your body switches into a natural recovery state. And you genuinely feel it.
What I also realized is that cycling is not about trying to go faster than everyone else. It’s about finding the right rhythm for your own body, health, breathing, and heart rate. That’s when it becomes not overload, but actually one of the healthiest and smartest forms of training.
And honestly, this is why I already enjoy it more than running, especially running on a treadmill. On a bike, the scenery constantly changes, you’re outside in fresh air, surrounded by people training and pushing themselves too - and that atmosphere is incredibly motivating.
After this first ride, I already know this won’t be my last one. | 0 |
| 7 | Pavel Durov is once again entering an open confrontation with government systems. And judging by his latest statement, this is no longer only about Telegram.
What we are witnessing now is a much deeper conflict: a battle over control of information, personal data, and the very concept of digital freedom.
Durov publicly supported Elon Musk and X after accusations from French authorities. In his statement, he essentially suggested that European governments are increasing pressure on independent tech platforms under the justification of “security,” “content control,” and “user protection.”
But if we look closely at the accusations, an interesting question appears.
Many of the claims against X:
- collection of personal data
- processing data without sufficient protection
- violation of communication privacy
are exactly the same issues that governments, tech corporations, privacy advocates, and journalists have been debating for years.
And this is where the situation becomes even more interesting.
Telegram, X, and other major platforms are no longer just communication apps. For millions of people, they have become full-scale media ecosystems, tools for shaping public opinion, and instruments of political influence.
Especially at a time when trust in traditional media continues to decline.
Some experts believe governments are trying to regain control over the digital space. Others argue that large technology platforms have accumulated too much influence and require stronger regulation.
But one thing is becoming increasingly clear: the conflict between governments and major digital platforms will continue to escalate.
And this is no longer only a story about Telegram, X, or Elon Musk.
It is a story about what the future of the internet, free speech, and control over data will look like in the years ahead. | 0 |

| 11 | Shakira is once again becoming one of the main musical faces of the FIFA World Cup.
The singer has officially revealed a teaser of the new song “Dai Dai”, recorded together with Burna Boy for the 2026 World Cup. The full version will be released on May 14, while the music video was filmed at the legendary Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro.
And honestly, this is a very interesting move from FIFA.
Over the years, football has evolved into much more than just sport. Today, the World Cup is one of the biggest global media products in the world, where emotions, culture, nostalgia, viral moments and entertainment are just as important as the matches themselves. And Shakira has become one of the strongest symbols of that era.
“Waka Waka” stopped being just an official football anthem a long time ago. For millions of people, the song is deeply connected to memories, emotions and the overall feeling of the World Cup itself.
That is why many experts in media and entertainment believe FIFA is now focusing not only on attracting a younger audience, but also on emotional connection and nostalgia. Especially considering that the 2026 World Cup will become the biggest tournament in history, with three host countries, 48 national teams and a huge focus on digital media, entertainment and global reach.
It is also interesting that FIFA chose Burna Boy for this collaboration - one of the most influential artists of the modern African music scene. This perfectly reflects how global music and pop culture are changing today, with FIFA increasingly targeting international audiences and worldwide cultural trends.
So Shakira’s return feels like much more than nostalgia.
It looks like a very calculated media and cultural strategy from FIFA. | 0 |

| 13 | Today, on my way to Abu Dhabi, I caught myself thinking once again about how important it is to do something you genuinely love.
Because it directly affects your internal energy. When you truly enjoy what you do, your brain works differently - you naturally produce more dopamine, motivation, engagement and even physical energy.
And on the other hand, when a person spends years doing something that feels emotionally disconnected from them, it often leads to constant exhaustion, irritation and eventually burnout.
I think many people underestimate how much work and passion influence not only money, but overall quality of life, mindset, emotional state and even the people around you.
Today I’m heading to Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas in Abu Dhabi. The hotel management invited me to prepare a review, analyze the service and share professional feedback on how the atmosphere, guest experience and overall concept can be improved even further.
Saadiyat Island is honestly one of the most beautiful and peaceful places in the UAE. Many people even call this part of Abu Dhabi the “local Maldives” because of its white sand, crystal-clear water and complete feeling of disconnect from the city.
And honestly, one of the parts of my work that I genuinely enjoy as a journalist and media strategist is studying spaces, service, details, atmosphere and the overall energy of a place. It’s always interesting for me to see how hotels evolve, improve and implement new ideas after reviews and recommendations.
So I want to remind you of something important:
even if you cannot fully transition into the work you truly love right now - start gradually. Small steps still matter.
Because when a person genuinely loves what they do, people can always feel it.
For now, sharing the first photos from my stay here. | 0 |
| 14 | Tim Cook’s departure from Apple is more than just a CEO transition.
It feels like the end of an era.
For years, Cook represented the peak of globalization — open markets, global supply chains, international expansion and technology-driven growth.
But the world is changing fast.
Trade wars.
Political pressure.
Artificial intelligence.
A fragmented global economy.
The system that created trillion-dollar corporations is being rebuilt in real time.
And maybe Tim Cook’s departure symbolizes something much bigger:
the quiet ending of the globalization era we once knew.
The next generation of leaders will not simply build products.
They will have to rebuild trust, influence and entire systems.
That is a completely different game.

| 16 | France has launched an investigation into Elon Musk and the X platform.
It feels like the world is slowly entering a completely new era.
But in reality, this story is no longer just about one social network or even about Musk himself.
It is about how the entire architecture of power is changing in the modern world.
Just a few years ago, governments controlled television, newspapers, information flows and public narratives.
Today, influence is increasingly shifting toward technological platforms, algorithms and artificial intelligence.
That is exactly why pressure on X, TikTok, OpenAI and other tech ecosystems will continue to grow.
Because whoever controls:
information,
algorithms,
AI,
recommendation systems,
and human attention -
begins, to a certain extent, to shape people’s perception of reality itself.
Especially now, when deepfake technologies and AI-generated content are becoming more realistic than ever, while the line between truth, manipulation and digital interpretation is slowly disappearing.
Right in front of us, a new global balance is being formed.
And perhaps the biggest battle of the coming years will no longer be about resources, territories or even money.
But about control over technology, attention and the minds of millions.

Lately I’ve been thinking about how fast life goes by and how rarely we allow ourselves to simply enjoy a moment, make ourselves happy or create memories that stay with us.
So I want to choose 3 people and send each of them $100.
But not for something “useful”.
Spend it on an emotion, a small dream or a moment that will genuinely make you happier.
