ECG showed 'Below'. Cr Clearance 27 . Chest CT with contrast confirm presence of pulmonary Embolism, normal Patient past history ihd, c/o sob not very severe goes with embolism. His bmi is 41 What do you give him A- Ufh 5000 bid B- Ufh 7500 g8 hours C- Enaroxpan 40 bid D- Fondaparinux The answer is B ✅ Because this patient has renal failure with CrCl 27 👍🏻.
