भागदौड़ की ज़िंदगी में Gastritis /गैस्ट्राइटिस एक बड़ी समस्या बन कर उभरी है। ज़्यादातर मामलों में गैस्ट्राइटिस सामान्य बीमारी होती है और थोड़े ख़ानपीन में बदलाव से ये ठीक हो जाती है। लेकिन कुछ मामलों में ये एक गंभीर बीमारी का संकेत भी हो सकता है। अतः अगर आप नियमित रूप से गैस्ट्राइटिस से जूझ रहे हैं तो एक बार किसी चिकित्सक से मिल कर सलाह ले लेनी चाहिये। दिनचर्या में कुछ चीज़ों के बदलाव से भी आप ज़्यादातर मामलों में गैस्ट्राइटिस से छुटकारा पा सकते हैं: ✅ अम्लीय और वसायुक्त भोजन से बचें। ✅हमेशा कोशिश करें कि सुबह का नाश्ता आप अच्छे से करें। ✅ ख़ाली पेट चाय या कॉफ़ी पीने से बचें। ✅ नॉन-स्टेरॉयड एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी दवाएं लेने से बचें। (ज़्यादातर painkillers इस केटेगरी में आती है) ✅ रात का भोजन हल्का रखें। ✅ एच. पाइलोरी जीवाणु का संक्रमण गैस्ट्राइटिस का एक प्रमुख कारण है। इसके संक्रमण से बचने के लिए उचित तरीके से हाथ धोएं तथा अच्छे तरीक़े से पका हुआ भोजन खाएं। ✅ अपने तनाव को उचित ढंग से प्रबंधित करना सीखें। नींद अच्छे से पूरी करें। ✅ शराब या अन्य नशे की चीज़ों का सेवन ना करें।

🎯HIV/AIDS Also called: human immunodeficiency virus, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome 📌HIV causes AIDS and interferes with the body's ability to fight infections.
