Growth is not always fast in this space. Sometimes your hardest work happens in silence before people finally begin to notice you. I also want every small account in the crypto space to understand this with maturity: projects are business entities, not charity organizations. Most projects will naturally focus on people who already have reach, numbers, and influence because they are trying to grow their business. It may hurt sometimes, but instead of allowing bitterness and complaints to consume you, let it push you to become better. Improve yourself. Improve your content. Improve your communication. Stay active. Stay valuable. Stay intentional. One day, the same people who overlooked you today may eventually respect the consistency you maintained when nobody was clapping for you. Please do not look down on your small beginnings. Every big account was once a small account. Every respected voice once struggled to be heard. Your current engagement does not determine your future.
