i would say i was (still am) a bit stubborn about learning new tech or using a new database and things like that, if i was open to trying out new ways, i would have gotten way way way more ahead than where i am now

one of my best friends is actually in medicine doing part time development as well , i think proper scheduling helps separting between when to focus on the med and when to focus on the code, sometimes the overwhelmingness comes from not planning very well initially, i have the same issue, specially exam season, one thing i do is not code when theres a week left for exam til its done , unless its urgent
