Start being strategic with your time. 👉 Plan your days in advance, the night before. 👉 Analyse your energy peaks, and plan your high-priority tasks around when you're most effective. 👉 Utilise 5-9PM after work. 👉 Plan work sessions during the weekend, not just leisure activities. 👉 Use your lunch break to learn something new. 👉 Listen to a podcast in traffic. 👉 Read a book on the plane. 👉 Brainstorm while going on a 20 minute walk.
