You will need an email verification code for the password renewal steps, we recommend that you reset your email password for your security. If you use a simple password and your password has been stolen due to cookies on websites, you may face irreversible consequences. What to do if you entered your email account incorrectly when creating an Alltoscan account and cannot get a verification code: ・ Send an email to [email protected] indicating the email account you entered incorrectly and the email account you would like to have changed. ・Send the front and back of your ID and your own photo. ・When sending your own photo, write a text indicating the date you took the photo and that you approve this action. If you have reached this stage without any problems, here's what you need to do: ・ 2FA and the Fund Code have been made mandatory for all transactions, if you do not know how to set up 2FA and what you need to pay attention to, search online. Otherwise, you will not be able to make any transactions. ・ You need to prefer the “Security Center” section in the Dashboard section for Fund Code and 2FA installations. Extra security measures: ・ You can only log in to one account with a single IP, you cannot log in to another account. ・ You can only log in to one account with a single device, if you used your phone in the password change step, you cannot access from a computer or another device even if you have the same IP. ・ If you use more than one account and therefore cannot access your other assets, you can send an e-mail to [email protected] with the information (username) of all the accounts you use and request that all assets be collected in a single account.
