"Irina P., the children's mother, divorced her husband some time ago, but the couple still lived under one roof. No one wanted to move out of the apartment. The woman decided to make her ex-spouse's life miserable so that he would finally find another place and start moved out. So the woman let new partner live in the apartment- a 20-year-old Tajik who came to Russia to work. The man felt at home there and even decided to raise the girls. On April 13, the 20-year-old went crazy and grabbed what he had at hand, a charger cable. He started beating the child writhing in pain. Then he pulled out his belt from his pants. Two adults watched this nightmare - the mother and father of the 4-year-old. Nobody said a single word! They were probably both afraid of the aggressive man. In the evening, the mother washed the child's wounds and applied some ointment to them. However, she did not call the police. Fortunately, it was done by a friend of my father's who came to visit him. The man immediately grabbed the phone. The 4-year-old was taken to hospital. He will not return to his family. Her sister was also transferred to a care facility. A 20-year-old man is already under arrest. The cruelty with which he treated a defenseless child shocked even the police.
