វិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា និងគិរីរម្យ ហ៊្វូដ ប្រដាក់សិន ចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការរវាងវិស័យអប់រំ និងឧស្សាហកម្ម ក្នុងវិស័យកែច្នៃកសិផល ការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងកម្មសិក្សានិស្សិត   រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ — វិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា (ITC) និងក្រុមហ៊ុន គិរីរម្យ ហ៊្វូដ ប្រដាក់សិន (KFP) បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការលើវិស័យ កែច្នៃកសិផល ការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (R&D) ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរចំណេះដឹង និងកម្មសិក្សាសម្រាប់និស្សិត។   ក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សា លោកបណ្ឌិត ប៊ុន ឡុង បានណែនាំអំពី Return to Industry Theme (RIS) របស់ ITC កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈដែលគាំទ្រដោយ មូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញ (SDF) និងឱកាសសម្រាប់កិច្ចសហការលើការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (R&D)។   KFP បានបង្ហាញចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ក្នុងការទទួលនិស្សិត ITC ចូលធ្វើកម្មសិក្សា និងស្នើឱ្យ ITC ជ្រើសរើស និងណែនាំនិស្សិតដែលសមស្រប។ តាម MoU ដែលបានចុះហត្ថលេខា KFP អាចទទួលនិស្សិតចូលកម្មសិក្សាចំនួន ៥ ទៅ ១០ នាក់ក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំ។   ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានពិភាក្សាអំពីលទ្ធភាពសហការលើ ផលិតផលពីស្វាយ។ KFP បានបង្ហាញចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ បញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត (AI) ដើម្បីជ្រើសរើសស្វាយស្រស់ ព្រមទាំងស្វែងរកឱកាសស្រាវជ្រាវ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ដើម្បី កាត់បន្ថយការប្រើប្រាស់ថាមពល និងទឹក ក្នុងដំណើរការផលិតកម្ម។   ភាពជាដៃគូនេះនឹងផ្តល់ជាវេទិកាសម្រាប់ ITC និង KFP ក្នុងការភ្ជាប់ ចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញផ្នែកអប់រំជាមួយតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែងក្នុងវិស័យឧស្សាហកម្ម ជំរុញការស្រាវជ្រាវអនុវត្ត និងនវានុវត្តន៍ ព្រមទាំងផ្តល់បទពិសោធន៍ការងារជាក់ស្តែងដល់និស្សិត។ MoU នេះមានសុពលភាពរយៈពេល ៥ ឆ្នាំ។ __ ITC and KFP Sign MoU to Strengthen Industry–Academia Collaboration in Agro-Processing, R&D and Student Internship   Phnom Penh, 17 August 2026 — The Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) and Kirirom Food Production (K.F.P) Co., Ltd. (KFP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in agro-processing, research and development (R&D), professional training, knowledge exchange, and student internships.   During the discussion, Dr. BUN Long introduced ITC’s Return to Industry Theme (RIS), professional training programs supported by the Skills Development Fund (SDF), and opportunities for R&D collaboration.   KFP expressed its interest in hosting ITC students for internships and requested ITC to select and recommend suitable students. The signed MoU provides five​ to ten internship placements annually.   The two parties also discussed potential collaboration on mango-based products. KFP expressed interest in using AI to select fresh mangoes as well as exploring R&D opportunities to reduce energy and water consumption in its production processes.   The partnership provides a platform for ITC and KFP to connect academic expertise with real industrial needs, promote applied research and innovation, and provide students with valuable practical industry experience. During the visit, the ITC delegation toured the production lines and met with ITC students and alumni currently working at Sailun Group to learn about their work experiences, working environment, and the application of technical knowledge acquired at ITC in their professional careers. Currently, approximately 40 ITC alumni are working at Sailun Group in technical and related fields, including GCA, GGG, GEE, GIM, and GTI. Their presence reflects ITC’s contribution to developing skilled human resources to meet the needs of Cambodia’s industrial sector. The two parties also discussed the continuation of their Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for an additional five years, with the aim of strengthening and expanding collaboration in internships, industrial training, recruitment of ITC students and graduates, as well as technical knowledge and experience sharing. During the discussion, ITC also proposed that Sailun Group consider supporting and providing opportunities for students with disabilities to participate in internships, industrial training, and suitable employment opportunities according to their abilities, contributing to a more inclusive industrial workforce. Currently, Sailun Group is recruiting 30 Technical Staff to work in their company. During the visit, the ITC delegation toured the production lines and met with ITC students and alumni currently working at Sailun Group to learn about their work experiences, working environment, and the application of technical knowledge acquired at ITC in their professional careers. Currently, approximately 40 ITC alumni are working at Sailun Group in technical and related fields, including GCA, GGG, GEE, GIM, and GTI. Their presence reflects ITC’s contribution to developing skilled human resources to meet the needs of Cambodia’s industrial sector. The two parties also discussed the continuation of their Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for an additional five years, with the aim of strengthening and expanding collaboration in internships, industrial training, recruitment of ITC students and graduates, as well as technical knowledge and experience sharing. During the discussion, ITC also proposed that Sailun Group consider supporting and providing opportunities for students with disabilities to participate in internships, industrial training, and suitable employment opportunities according to their abilities, contributing to a more inclusive industrial workforce. During the visit, Dr. CHHITH Saosometh, Deputy Head of the Department of Industrial and Mechanical Engineering (GIM), expressed his appreciation for Minebea’s investment and strong commitment to developing Cambodia’s human resources and enhancing engineering expertise. He also reaffirmed ITC’s commitment to strengthening collaboration with the company through student internship programs, employment opportunities for graduates, and curriculum development that aligns with the needs of industry. Currently, 66 ITC students and alumni are employed at Minebea, reflecting the quality of ITC’s education and the company’s confidence in the knowledge, skills, and competencies of ITC graduates.
