검증인(Validator) 및 커뮤니티의 피드백을 반영하여 코스모스 허브 제안서를 수정하였습니다.
1. 가장 큰 변화: ATOM 추가 발행(Mint) 없음
기존 계획과 달리, 새로운 ATOM을 추가로 발행하지 않습니다.
2. 자금 조달 방식의 변경
허브 커뮤니티 풀(Community Pool) 이외에 필요한 ATOM은 다음과 같은 방식으로 조달됩니다.
프로토콜 수익 활용: DEX(탈중앙화 거래소)에서 발생하는 프로토콜 수익을 사용하여 시간이 지남에 따라 점진적으로 조달합니다.
공개 시장 매입: 해당 수익으로 공개 시장에서 ATOM을 직접 매수하여 OSMO → ATOM 전환 자금을 충당합니다.
3. 기대 효과
성과 연동형 구조: 실제 실현된 프로토콜 수익을 통해 자금을 확보하므로 성과에 기반한 운영이 가능해집니다.
시장 수요 창출: 공개 시장에서 ATOM을 매수함으로써 동시에 ATOM에 대한 직접적인 매수 수요를 창출합니다.
4. 규모 제한
전체 인수 규모는 여전히 ATOM 총 공급량의 2.5% 미만으로 제한됩니다.
