I was wrong about discipline… I used to think discipline was about doing hard things. It turns out it was about not doing easy ones. Scrolling when you are bored. Eating when you are not hungry. Going out when you know you should be working. Nobody talks about that version of discipline because it does not look impressive. There is no video of someone resisting a Netflix binge. But that is what discipline actually is. It’s not doing what’s easy and tempting and instead doing something that’s boring but will benefit you in the long run. You don’t feel discipline playing video games everyday, but you do when you work hard in the gym or on your future. The people ahead of you aren’t waking up at 4am and doing rituals. They’re just understand and adhere to their priorities.

Do not let the physical world around you control your thoughts. This is of course easier said than done but this is the main reason most don’t succeed and parents speak about not achieving their dreams. Your job, school, bank balance and environment don’t define you. You only let them define you. Your self image doesn’t come from a thought created in your own mind but more so what the world tells you. If you are going on a lads or girls holiday and you think about that holiday coming up you are on a high frequency right? That song you are listening to all of a sudden sounds much better. You are feeling motivated to work out so you are in shape for the holiday. The holiday hasn’t happened. It may not happen. The plane may crash, you may get sick and so on. The point is how you feel is coming from a thought you hold in your mind. Come up with an image as precise as possible as the person it is that you want to be and hold this thought in your mind as often as possible. You will feel like you are this person, take action like this person and eventually attract what this person would attract because this person is you👁️

What Goes Into A Bulk? Bulking is more than just food in. It’s calories in. Often times skinny people don’t struggle with food they struggle with calories. Eating high volume foods like salad will fill you but won’t fuel you. You need to eat foods that are high in calories + Protein to maximise bulking effectiveness

Extreme restriction leads to extreme resistance. Any weight you may lose will more than likely be put back on because you cannot handle such an extreme diet change.
