A very interesting case has come before Gujarat HC last week. A working woman has approached the Gujarat high court raising the issue whether visiting her husband two weekends in a month amounts to fulfilling her conjugal obligations or not.
Interestingly her husband had already filed a petition in Surat city family court that her wife was not fulfilling her family duty and conjugal requirements as per HMA, 1956.
