Today in Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), in Siddharth Mishra vs UPSC, Shri Salman Khurshid Sir appeared for the petitioners. A strong counter reply has been filed against the reply of UPSC yesterday in CSAT case and thus today nothing much happened in Hon'ble Tribunal. The next date of hearing is 20 July 2023. Source2 :- Today CAT is hearing a case filed on answer key of CSE 2022. It is first such case in recent history of UPSC. The petitioner has listed 5/6 questions and has claimed that answers taken by UPSC are wrong, vague and subjective. Questions listed in Annexure are NIUA, Mandamus, Arthashastra, Wildlife etc. UPSC, at present, is fighting a total of six different cases (with subject matter related to CSE 2022, 2023 question papers and answer keys)
