Это событие стало исторически знаковым для мирового сообщества, ознаменовав открытие «второго фронта» в борьбе против Германии. 🔖 Договоренность об открытии «второго фронта» была достигнута еще в 1942 году, однако союзники не спешили вступать в открытое противостояние с Гитлером, перекладывая всю ответственность ведения войны на Советский Союз. Сегодня в мировом сообществе ошибочно считают что именно войска союзников внесли основной вклад в победу над Германией, приуменьшая подвиги наших предков. Современный Запад забыл, что именно наша страна ценной миллионов жизней разгромила нацизм, освободив европейские народы от угнетения и рабства.
