Well i figured out why it doesnt taste like banana The yeast i used barely produces any esters, so no banana esters means no banana taste

Final yield is just below 8L

Unfortunately i pretty much dont taste any banana in the final product Perhaps after it has aged some time ill be able to taste it but for now it seems that this hasnt been worth it
