and, I've learnt smth that If you swallow a garlic after meal (I guess after dinner usually) it helps a looot with your skin. (well thats what i watched) What I researched is, Garlic is actually really beneficial vegetable for our whole body. except it gives bad breath. Tho If you swallow a garlic, instead of chewing it, You won't have a bad breath I guess. and it is really beneficial
