Please follow these instructions carefully: 1⃣​Correction of Serial Numbers: Some students incorrectly entered their laptop Model instead of the Serial Number. Due to this error, your previous submissions have been cleared from the system. You are required to refill the form with the correct information. 2⃣​Photo Display Issues: For those who reported that their photos are not appearing, this was caused by entering excessively long serial numbers. Please be informed that this is being fixed within the system. ​Note: Please double-check your device's Serial Number before submitting the form to ensure your registration is successful.
