Personally, I support the traditional model where the man is the provider and also has more authority and responsibility within the household. But if a woman prefers the modern model of working and being financially independent, then I think the responsibilities should also be balanced in a more modern way.
I think the problem is that people want to combine traditional roles with modern independence only when it benefits them. Traditionally, a husband had more authority in the household, including having a say in whether his wife worked outside the home, while he was responsible for providing for her and the family’s necessities.
Today, women can work and be financially independent, which is completely part of modern life. But if we say her money is her money while his money is still expected to cover everything, then the traditional responsibilities and modern independence are being mixed in a one-sided way.

If they had been posting on TikTok or elsewhere, they would have been known and made more money. It’s not that they have to abandon their content or originality, but they should somehow try to be present on these platforms. Actually, by the end of the day, a university professor is not respected as much as a random celebrity like a TikToker. This happens in almost every country, but at least these people should be close to social media and make money.
