ሐረማያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ለ12ኛ ክፍል ፈተና የተመደቡለትን ተማሪዎች ለመቀበል ዝግጅቱን ማጠናቀቁን አስታወቀ ሐረማያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ እንዲፈተኑ በዚህ ዓመት ከተመደቡት ጠቅላላ 17495 ተፈታኞች መካከል በመጀመሪያው ዙር የሚገቡትን የማህበራዊ ሳይንስ ተፈታኞች ከነገ እሁድ ሰኔ 30/2016 ዓ/ም ጀምሮ መቀበል ይጀምራል፡፡ ለዩኒቨርሲቲው የተመደቡትን 8914 የማህበራዊ ሳይንስ ተፈታኞች በዋናው ግቢ እና ሐረር በሚገኘው የጤናና ህክምና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ ተቀብሎ ለማስተገድ ዝግጅቱን ማጠናቀቁንና በሁለኛው ዙር ደግሞ 8581 የተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ ተፈታኞችን ተቀብሎ እንደሚያስተናግድና ዩኒቨርሲቲው አስታውቋል፡፡ ተፈታኝ ተማሪዎቹ በሚጓጓዙባቸው አከባቢዎች የሚገኙ የጸጥታ እና ባለድርሻ አካላት የተማሪዎች ደህንነት ተጠብቆ በሰላም ተፈትነው እንዲመለሱ የበኩላቸው እንዲወጡ የዩኒቨርሲቲው ፕሬዝዳንት ዶክተር ጀማል ዩሱፍ ጥሪ አቅርበዋል፡፡ ፈተኛ ዩኒቨርሲቲው ውስጥ በሚሰጥባቸው ቀናት መደበኛ የቢሮ ስራዎችና መቋረጥ የሌለባቸው አገልግሎት የሚሰጡ ክፍሎችን ስራ በተመረጡ የመግቢያ ፈቃድ በተሰጣቸው ሰራተኞች አማካኝነት ተማሪዎች ፈተናቸውን ጨርሰው ዩኒቨርሲቲውን ለቀው እስከሚወጡበት ቀን ድረስ እንደሚከናወን ዶክተር ጀማል ገልጸዋል፡፡ በሁለቱም ዙር ወደ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የሚመጡ ተፈታኞችን በጥሩ ሁኔታ ተቀብሎ ፈተናቸውን በስኬት አጠናቀው እንዲመለሱ ዩኒቨርሲቲው በቂ ዝግጅት ማድረጉንና ተማሪዎችን የማጓጓዝ ስራም የትምህር ቤት ተወካዮቻቸውና የክልል ትምህርት ቢሮ ተወካዮች አስፈላጊውን ዝግጅት ማድረጋቸውንና ከዩኒቨርሲቲውም ጋር ተቀራርበው እየሰሩ መሆናቸውን ፕሬዝዳንቱ አስታውቀዋል፡፡ ተፈታኞች ለፈተና ወደ የኒቨርሲቲው ሲመጡ ለፈተና ዝግጅት የሚረዷቸውን መጸሃፍት ይዘው መምጣት እንደሚችሉና ሞባይል ስልክና ስማርት ሰዓቶችን ይዞ ወደ ግቢ መግባት ለፈተኛው ማስፈጸሚያ የወጣው መመሪያ ስለሚከለክል ተማሪዎች ስልክን ጨምሮ የኤሌክትኒክ ቁሳቁሶች ይዘው ለመምጣት እንዳይሞክሩ አሳስበዋል፡፡ በተያያዘ መረጃ የ12ኛ ክፍል ሀገር አቀፍ ፈተና ለመውሰድ ወደ ሐረማያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የሚመጡ ተማሪዎችን ተቀብለው ተማሪዎቹ የሚያርፉባቸውን የመኝታ ክፍሎች ፣ የመመገቢያ የመፈተኛ ቦታዎቻቸውን ለሚያሳዩዋቸው የዩኒቨርሲቲው ሰራተኞች ገለፃ ዛሬ ገለፃና ውይይት መደረጉ የቅበላ ኮሚቴ አስተባባሪ አቶ ፍሬዘር ጥላሁን ተናግረዋል። ሰኔ 29 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም

Temporary Certificates: Effective today, July 3rd, graduating students can begin collecting their temporary certificates of graduation (tempo) from their respective colleges. (All GC students are expected to receive their tempo before the Graduation day). 2. Dorm Move-Out:  All GC students must vacate their university dormitories by Friday, July 5th, by midnight. There will be strictly no exceptions. The university requires time to prepare for the arrival of the incoming 12th-grade students on Sunday, July 7th. Saturday, July 6th, will be dedicated solely to dormitory cleaning. 3. Graduation Celebration: The Senate wants everyone to celebrate graduation peacefully and respectfully. Bad behavior that leads to serious problems won't be allowed. Let's enjoy our achievements responsibly and avoid doing anything that could ruin this special day. Please note: Returning graduation gowns is not an excuse to delay your departure. Graduation gowns must be returned upon receiving your permanent degree certificate. Failure to do so will result in further action by the university. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for both graduating and incoming students and encourage you to maintain a  disciplined and peaceful approach to your graduation celebration.
