In the case of CZ, the charges involve serious legal violations, which could lead to a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison, although the discussed average sentence is between 12 to 18 months. Consequently, the final sentence could be more severe if the court deems it necessary based on all the circumstances of the case.

Based on history, TWT should show growth within 4-5 weeks, but honestly, my faith is waning. #BAG Safe (formerly known as Gnosis Safe) announced $SAFE listing on OKX. Safe is a multi-signature wallet for projects and companies, widely known and used by Tier-1 projects. Over $100 billion in total is stored in wallets created through Safe. The project raised $100M in July 2022 from Coinbase Ventures, 1kx, DCG, Blockchain Capital, Lightspeed, and others. Twitter Score - 199 (high). The airdrop was distributed a year ago; it is now impossible to receive, but you can sell 50% after listing (only 2.5% of Total Supply). Given the project's significance, its market capitalization should be higher than Trust Wallet's. It is hoped that Safe will set a new benchmark for how wallet projects are valued by the market. $TWT is considered undervalued, as given the product and user base, its FDV fair value is around $4-5 billion. For comparison, FDV of MetaMask reached up to $7 billion. I have temporarily rebalanced $ARB, $STRK, and some other positions into $TWT, increasing the risk. Regardless of the success or failure of this play, I would like to reduce my position by April 30th. In anticipation of the trial over CZ, there may be more people willing to short tokens associated with Binance, expecting that the verdict will be harsh - this as an additional factor.
