Our mission is to transform Europe's rising youth mental health crisis into an opportunity for connection, resilience, and self-discovery. With millions of young people struggling with anxiety and unmet mental health needs, digital overload, social isolation, and stigma keep youth from seeking support.
Through nature-based workshops, AI-enhanced digital storytelling, peer mentoring, and evidence-based coping strategies, participants will move from struggling in silence to becoming mental health advocates in their communities.
✅ Who Can Apply
Young people aged 16-25 who are curious, open-minded, and ready to explore new ways of understanding and managing anxiety through nature, peer support, creativity, and shared experiences across cultures.

Strawbale Building Team at Sieben Linden Ecovillage
28 Sep – 16 Oct 2026 – Beetzendorf, Germany 🇩🇪
Open to Youth 18–30 years old
Join a 10‑person team at Sieben Linden Ecovillage and install straw-bale insulation in a family house while learning clay plastering, sustainable construction and community living.
You stay in shared rooms (4 people per room), with mostly vegan organic lunches and dinners. Breakfast is self-managed with community ingredients. The village has no Wi‑Fi, and phones are kept in flight mode on site.
The project is for people genuinely interested in natural building, climate action and ecovillage life. Apply only if you’re comfortable living in a rural community and doing practical work.
