- Understanding of YouTube pacing, hooks, and retention techniques
- Ability to replicate styles similar to Eyob Haile/Yonas Moh
- Strong attention to detail and storytelling flow

Requirements:
1. Understanding of the YouTube algorithm

3. Ability to edit footage with resources on the internet without copyright infringement.
4. Fluency in English as this is an English based channel.
5. Strong editing skills in platforms such as CapCut and Premier Pro for videos and Photoshop and Canva for thumbnails or graphics.
6. Ability to take feedback and adjust when necessary.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. You are expected to edit two short form videos and two long form videos per week. This number may go up depending on events in the football world.
2. Deliver videos timely and well made. I value quality a lot and it shows when you make a video with care or just simply put clips together. I want you to use transitions, effects, texts, all of that. Spice up the video to keep viewers engaged.
3. Always always ask if you get confused on anything or need any creative direction, I will assist you.
4. For each long form video, a good thumbnail is expected. You must design at least 2 thumbnails per video so we can change the first if it doesn’t work out as planned.
5. All short form videos will need to up to trends and very well edited.
