Project Cancellation and Refund Policy - Once the project is started, the client cannot cancel the project within the agreed working period (e.g., 5 days). - If the client cancels the project before completion, only 50% of the total project amount will be refunded. - If the project is completed, no refund will be provided. 3. Project Completion and Testing - After project completion, testing will be conducted via Telegram voice chat or Zoom with the client. - If the client confirms that everything is working fine, the remaining payment must be made before the source code is delivered. - After receiving the source code, the client has 3 days to report any errors. 4. Post-Delivery Fixes and Additional Features - If any issues arise after 3 days of receiving the source code, the client must pay an additional fee for bug fixes. - If the client requests any additional features, they will be charged separately based on complexity and effort. By proceeding with the project, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
