#job Bardeen.ai is looking for a ML developer/researcher to help develop our next generation AI to help more people automate their tasks more easily. We are looking for someone who is interested in the intersection of AI and Human Computer Interaction, and who likes to build AI systems that can have real world impact. Responsibilities Responsibilities include designing novel AI systems, both based on LLMs and on our own custom models, evaluating them, deploying them, and maintaining them over time, in a number of areas that spans Bardeen product scope, including semantic parsing and dialog systems, agents, text generation, code generation etc. It is a broad role and we’re looking for any researcher who is interested in advancing how users leverage computers to automate repetitive tasks using AI. Our researchers’ job is to advance the state of the art, and we encourage publication and collaboration with academia. At the same time, the role includes working closely with engineers in other teams to deliver the new AI features in production, with a high quality user experience. Requirements: Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience Experience in research, including building novel systems, designing experiments, and comparing against state of the art. Prior publications are not required but preferred. Experience with LLMs and a good understanding of how they are used in practice for downstream NLP tasks.
