We would like to inform the community that the 15-day KYC completion deadline has been suspended.
As many of you are aware, KYC verification is currently unavailable while we work with our KYC provider, Sumsub, to improve several aspects of the verification process. We hope to have KYC available again within the next 48 hours.
Please don’t worry about the original deadline. Every Mirex buyer will have the opportunity to complete their KYC once the system is back online.
KYC will still be mandatory for all Mirex buyers. Once the verification system is available again, we will announce a new KYC completion deadline, giving everyone sufficient time to complete the process.

We have identified that some KYC submissions were rejected because the submitted identity documents were issued in a language other than English.
These cases are now being reviewed through an additional AML and compliance process. If all required checks are successfully completed, the affected KYC submissions will be automatically verified before Friday.
In addition, we will release Launchpad v1.0.2 by Friday. This update will improve the KYC flow for domestic identity cards and help handle documents in local languages more accurately.
