🚀 Another milestone for Crowdpear! Investors have now funded over €50 million in real estate-backed loans through the platform.
💶 In June, investors funded €2.63 million in loans and earned €265,356 in interest, bringing the total interest paid since launch to over €3.28 million.
🏠 Another €1.02 million in principal was repaid during the month, while our international community continues to grow, reaching nearly 11,000 verified investors.
