Revitalizing Masses Initiative by VARIABLE It is a mission aimed at uplifting and rejuvenating a large group of people or society as a whole. It involves empowering individuals, improving quality of life, addressing social issues, and fostering positive change to help people reach their potential and lead better lives. This mission focuses on various areas—education, employment, health, community development, or even psychological and social well-being—depending on the specific needs of the population. The underlying goal is to "revitalize" by instilling new energy, purpose, and opportunities for growth among the masses.

𝗡𝗘𝗨𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬: Shape your mind.
Biology_day6
Let’s get this straight: Your brain isn’t fixed. It isn’t wired once and stuck that way. It changes; with every thought, every experience, every habit. This is neuroplasticity. And it’s real. Your brain is like clay. Every time you think a thought, feel a feeling, or take an action; you press your fingers into that clay. Do it enough times? You change the shape. You can rewire anxiety. You can strengthen focus. You can learn joy. You can unlearn pain. You can literally reshape the way you think, feel, and live. But here’s the truth: Neuroplasticity doesn’t care what you’re shaping. Negative habits? It’ll make them stronger. Scrolling all day? It wires distraction. Self-doubt? Repetition builds it deeper. Your brain listens to repetition;not truth. So if you keep feeding it lies, fears, and garbage input, that becomes your reality. But if you feed it growth; discipline, love, peace, effort; You build power. You build resilience. You build a new mind. Your thoughts aren’t harmless. They’re instructions to your biology. Every thought creates a chemical. Every emotion creates a path. Every choice shapes the structure of your mind. That’s why meditation works. That’s why journaling works. That’s why therapy works. That’s why practice always works. Neurons that fire together, wire together. Repeat gratitude? You become thankful. Repeat courage? You become bold. Repeat discipline? You become unstoppable. So remember this: Your brain is not who you are. It’s what you build. And you’re building it right now. With every word you say, every choice you make, every thought you feed. Protect your input. Train your focus. Be intentional with your actions. Because your actions shape your brain. And your brain shapes your life. -variable          | #var366

SEX The Sacred Power of Sex
Biology_day5:
Disclaimer: Only a few can understand. Sex is deeply rooted in love. That's why in different cultures parents stop their young ones from having love with opposite genders. Sex isn’t dirty. It’s not shameful. It’s not just pleasure, or performance, or escape. Sex is power. Not dominance. Not control. But the kind of power that creates life. Literally. When we were kids, we were not taught about this thing. It was a taboo. Later in life we conjectured that sex is just to reproduce young ones. Truth lies on the other side of this equation. This is a vast subject which demands a book to be written on. But, I will provide you with a basic idea about this power. Sex is energy. You can't escape from it. It will call you anytime. It’s fire. And like fire; it can burn you, or it can forge you. In the right hands, with the right intention : It heals, Builds, Transforms life. It reconnects you to your own biology, to another human, to the truth of what you are. Only those who are patient, loving and strong know its true power. But today? People use sex to run away. To numb. To distract. To escape real intimacy. Real vulnerability. Real presence. True sex is not just penetration. It's not what whores to. It's not just reproduction. But this is a different frequency where you connect to another person. Sex is energy which most of the people have lost, because of a number of reasons: 1) pornography. 2) Immature relationships. 3) Sex just to satisfy the feeling of lust. 4) Objectifying opposite gender. Sex has destroyed such people. They have no energy and confidence in them. They don't connect in depth with others. This tribe does it different. We don’t run from the fire. We learn to carry it. We protect our energy. We respect our bodies. We give with presence, not performance. We connect with depth, not just desire. Because sex isn’t something you “get.” It’s something you give. So give love, not just lust. Give presence, not just pressure. Give meaning, not just motion. And when you do? Your biology responds. Your soul responds. Your life changes. This is sacred energy. Protect it. Honor it. And when you choose to share it— Do it like it matters. Because it does. And remember, you are a whore if you misused this power and started sharing with every person. Morally you are only for someone not everyone. -variable | #var365

The Silent War
Biology_day4
Right now, your body is fighting. Fighting to keep you alive. And you don’t even feel it. That fight? It’s your immune system. Your personal army. It works 24/7 to protect you from viruses, bacteria, and even dangerous cells like cancer. You get a fever? That’s not a weakness. That’s your body turning up the heat to kill invaders. You sneeze, cough, get mucus? That’s your defense system pushing enemies out. And your gut? That’s the control center. 70% of your immune power lives there. That’s why food matters. Fiber, fermented foods, natural colors, these feed the good guys inside. But here’s the hard truth: Your habits train your army. Or they destroy it. — No sleep? Your defense cells drop fast. — Junk food? It causes inflammation and confuses your system. — Stress every day? It shuts your protection down. — No movement? Your immune system gets sluggish. — No sun? Your Vitamin D drops. And without it, your immune army gets lazy. So if you want to be strong, if you want to protect your tribe, your kids, your future— you have to live in a way that supports your system. That means: - Sleep deep (that’s when repair happens) - Eat whole food (the real medicine) - Move your body (motion moves your army) - Get sunlight (for Vitamin D and rhythm) - Stay calm (peace keeps your defenses sharp) - Touch nature, play, laugh (joy is healing too) You’re not weak. You’re not broken. You just have to work with your body—not against it. Your immune system is always fighting for you. Now it’s time you fight for it. -variable          | #var364

Something Important to SURVIVE
Biology_day3
Most people think they’re tired, sick, or weak… But really, they’re just dehydrated and undernourished. WATER is the Forgotten Superpower Your body is 70% water. But still, most people walk around like a dried-up battery. Even 1–2% dehydration lowers brain function, slows metabolism, and increases fatigue. Water does everything: Flushes out toxins Powers digestion Fuels mitochondria Keeps your joints, skin, and brain healthy How much should you drink? General rule: 30–40ml per kg of body weight Example: If you're 70kg, aim for 2.5–3 liters/day More if you train hard or sweat a lot. Stop drinking only when you’re thirsty. That’s already too late. DIET : Real Food = Real Energy You don’t need a fad diet. You need fuel, not filler. Real food gives: Nutrients your cells recognize Fiber that cleans your gut Fats that build hormones Protein that repairs your body What kills you slowly? Ultra-processed food Fake oils Excess sugar Empty calories Your food becomes your blood, your brain, your energy. If your diet is garbage, your output will be too. Eat like your life depends on it, because it does. Hydrate like your energy depends on it, because it does. -variable          | #var363

IS SLEEP REALLY IMPORTANT 💤
Biology_day2
You can eat clean, train hard, even take supplements… But if your sleep is trash, your biology breaks down. Sleep is important, because while you sleep, your body isn’t just "resting", it’s doing repair work. Mitochondria recover Muscles grow Hormones reset Toxins flush from your brain Immune system strengthens Memory gets organized Sleep is when your body recharges. Literally. What happens if you don’t sleep enough? Brain fog Weight gain Hormonal imbalance High cortisol (stress hormone) Poor decision making Weak immune system Increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, even cancer And worst of all? Your mitochondria suffer. Less energy. More stress. Faster aging. But what about people like Einstein and Tesla? Here’s the truth: Albert Einstein slept 9–10 hours a night. He valued deep, creative rest. Nikola Tesla reportedly slept only 2 hours a night and took micro-naps. Brilliant? Yes. But later in life, he suffered from mental breakdowns and extreme fatigue. Moral of the story? Sleep needs are personal. Some people function well on 6–7 hours, others need 8–10. But science shows: Most adults need 7–9 hours for optimal health Less than 6 hours regularly = long-term damage Kids, teens, and athletes need even more Quality > Quantity It’s not just about time—it’s about deep, undisturbed, restful sleep. Avoid screens at night. Cut caffeine late. Stick to a routine. Let your brain slow down. Sleep isn’t laziness. It’s biological maintenance. It’s where healing happens. It’s where power is built. Protect your sleep like you protect your workouts. Because when you sleep better, you live better. And when you don’t, your biology pays the price. -variable          | #var362

Some real Biology.
Biology_day1: Sugar
Most people consume sugar every day without ever asking what it’s doing inside their body. Let’s break it down. First, think about this: if you could taste anything inside your body; your blood, your organs, your cells, nothing would taste sweet. It’s all salty, neutral, or bitter. So here’s the question: Where does all that sugar go when you eat it? When you eat a little sugar, your body handles it. It gets diluted, used for energy, and doesn’t cause much damage. But when you eat a lot of sugar, especially at once, it overwhelms your system. Your glucose levels spike, and that’s where the real problem begins. That sugar overload causes mitochondrial dysfunction. What’s that mean? Mitochondria are the tiny engines inside your cells. They are often named as the power house of cell. They take food and oxygen and turn it into pure energy, fuel for everything your body does. Now imagine those engines breaking down. No energy. No performance. No protection. That’s what happens when your mitochondria stop working right. This dysfunction is linked to: Obesity Fatigue Diabetes Inflammation Even mental health issues like depression and anxiety Now think about ultra-processed foods, chips, candy, sugary drinks, energy bars. Your body was never built to process that stuff. Your mitochondria get confused. They don’t recognize these artificial compounds. They can’t use them properly. So again, dysfunction. And yet, we’ve normalized this. Drinking Coke, Mountain Dew, or sugary juices like it's no big deal. But it is. That one drink can push your body into chaos if you're doing it daily. This tribe wants you to be fit. You should live a life free from any sort of illness. So the solution is: Respect your biology. Feed your body what it understands, whole foods, clean fuel. Protect your mitochondria. Because when they’re strong, you are strong. Physically. Mentally. Energetically. And when they break down? So do you. Choose power. Choose clarity. Choose life. -variable          | #var361

This week I plan to teach you some real Biology. Be ready to grasp the things for your better life.

Rules For A Brave Be on the top and change the rules. Live with full energy. Be ready for every war in life. Don't fear failures. Don't surround yourself with people who don't have big dreams. Challenge your limits, take risks. Come out of comfort zone. Come out of mental slavery. As compared to physical slavery. At the end everyone is physical slave to something. Great things are never achieved in comfort zone. -variable          | #var360

The Path to True Freedom Freedom is a multifaceted concept that encompasses more than just physical liberty. It involves freedom from fear, addictions and peer pressure. The worst punishment for a person's soul is a life filled with regret. If you are addicted to unproductive things, you cannot have pride; you are trapped in shackles and live in fear of others. True freedom begins with the liberation of the heart. Physical strength and freedom are important, but the freedom of the heart is paramount. We must free our hearts from the slavery of worldly desires and expectations. Living by people's expectations rather than for the expectations of a higher power keeps us bound. How can you enslave a man who is born free? ◓Who Are truly Free People 1. Courage to Say No: They have the courage to say no and stand by their values. They do not succumb to peer pressure or do things merely to keep others happy. 2. Uncompromising Integrity: They never compromise their source of income. They turn down offers that are unethical or against their principles. 3. Resilience: They don't loose hope. Even after failure they come back. 4. Unyielding Principles: They don't compromise their freedom for money. They have defined principles. Characteristics of the Free Person - Be Nice, Gentle, and Human: True freedom is not about being harsh or rude. It is about being kind, gentle, and respectful to others. - Be Unapologetic: Stand firm in your beliefs and values. Reject offers that do not align with your principles. Be unapologetic in your pursuit of what is right. To achieve true freedom, you must liberate you hearts from the shackles of fear, addiction, and peer pressure. You must live for a higher purpose and stand firm in our values. Let us strive to be like them: unapologetic, kind, and truly free. -variable          | #var359

The Art of Working Like a King Many people struggle to understand my work philosophy.     I often say, "I operate in binary mode: I either work or I sleep." This doesn't mean I slave away for 17 hours a day and collapse into bed for the remaining 7. Neither does it imply that I bury my nose in a book for 10 hours straight in the library. Instead, it's about working smart, not hard, and living life to the fullest. To comprehend this, let's dive into human biology. Our brains can only maintain focus on a task for a limited time. Watching an hour-long video might leave us restless and unable to absorb information by the end. Knowing this, I've crafted a lifestyle that maximizes productivity and personal satisfaction. My Royal Routine⭐ - Focused Work (5 hours a day): This is my personal time, no one interrupts here. I dedicate 5 hours daily to tasks that require deep concentration. This could be learning to code, reading, or engaging with educational content. The key is to work in shifts of no more than 1 hour at a time, then switch to another task. This keeps my mind fresh and my productivity high. - Living Like a King (12 hours a day): The rest of my time is devoted to activities that enrich my life and soul. I enjoy leisurely meals, engage in meaningful conversations, write, think, walk, work out, and teach others. These activities free my mind and body, allowing me to live like a king. But i don't waste these hours into something meaningless. The Path to Happiness It took me two years to cultivate this lifestyle. There were times when I felt unhappy and unfulfilled, but now, I'm content and at peace. I've discovered that the less I work with focused focus, the more productive I become. In essence, there are two types of work in my life: 1. Work to Achieve and Maintain Success (5 hours): This is the focused effort I put into focused tasks each day. 2. Work to Live Freely and Regally (12 hours): This is the time I invest in personal growth, group studies, relationships, and enjoyable activities. Remember, I am variable, So I change. This balance may shift in the future, but for now, I'm relishing this royal lifestyle. Embrace the art of working like a king, and you too can lead a happier, more productive life. Take a look towards my book -variable          | #var358

Talent Is Wasted. It is not the talent which can take you to the highest positions in life, but it is the usage of your talent at the right time. A lot of talented people around us are not able to find any work to do where they can use their talent. It is because they learnt something but couldn't use it, so their talent is wasted. Now what you need to learn is that; learning any skill without knowing where to use it, is the dumbest act any person can ever do. But most of the people do it. They learn a lot of stuff, still they are surpassed by the others who aren't better than them. The reason others are more successful than them is because they found the right industry and showed their talent at the right time. But the truth is, still most talent will get wasted.

Wishing you and your family a joyful, blessed eid-ul-fitr. May this eid bring prosperity and peace to all.

Why you need to be self-employed
Forwarded from Simon squib
Your boss doesn’t want you to read this. This morning, I took my son to the hospital for allergy tests. The appointment was confirmed last minute. And if I had a job… I would’ve had to ask someone for permission. Explain myself. Justify why my child’s health was more important than a meeting. And hope they “approve” it. Yet another reason I’m glad I’m self-employed. Because when you work for yourself, your time is yours. Sure, I might grind-out and work 18 hours tomorrow… But that’s my choice. And today, my choice was to use that freedom to be a dad. And as I sat in the waiting room, I spoke to a single mum sitting across from me. She told me she works for a big bank and she had to book today off four weeks in advance. And even then, they weren’t keen to approve it! This is the game we’re stuck in. And people like her don’t even realise they have other options. On her way out, I gave her my book, so hopefully it might help her. Because no one talks about this: -Working for yourself is hard at first, but gets easier over time. -Working for someone else is easy at first, but gets harder over time. Entrepreneurs will jump in now and say: “Being your own boss isn’t for everyone.” Of course they’ll say that. They need staff. They need you to believe it’s too risky. Too difficult. Not for you. But if it’s so hard… Why won’t they give up their equity and get a 9–5? Because deep down, they know what I know: Freedom comes from owning your time. And freedom is worth the learning curve. You don’t have to stay stuck. You don’t have to keep asking for permission to live. You deserve to choose how your day looks and who gets your time.

Have a look Some miss opportunities. One day will come when you will be in your 30s & 40s, you may question yourself about one thing and that's, "Why I didn't purchase 56 Lessons that day". If everything will be taken away from you, your assets, liabilities and businesses. What will be with you? - Wisdom.

What you feed your mind defines your actions. If you walk with a man who is dominant, strong, and speaks well, you will eventually begin to act the same. On the contrary, if you spend time with someone who is submissive, behaves foolishly, and struggles to communicate, you may adopt those traits as well. Choose your company wisely. Surround yourself with those you aspire to become. Watch content carefully. Read books mindfully. Everything you allow into your mind shapes your actions over time. "56 Lessons of greatness" is written with the purpose of transforming your mind from mediocrity to greatness. Remember: Everything you consume influences you. -variable          | #var357

Hey variable, I just finished "56 Lessons of Greatness," and I had to reach out. Honestly, this book is a game-changer. It’s not just another motivational read, it’s a complete blueprint for success. The way you’ve broken down complex ideas into simple, actionable lessons is incredible. What stood out most was how you emphasized embracing discomfort and learning from failures. That hit home for me. Your approach to financial independence and building a legacy really shifted my perspective. I’ve already started applying some of the principles, and I can feel the difference. Thank you for putting this out there. This book doesn’t just inspire, it equips people to create lasting change. I’m excited to see how these lessons shape my journey. You’ve truly created something timeless. Much respect
