If you reach conclusions through an ethnocentric perspective, you don't deserve to be here in VT.
Ethnocentrism is the belief that your own culture, ethnic group, or nation is superior to all others. Many people hold such beliefs, but I think differently. No group is inherently superior or inferior; every community has its own strengths and weaknesses in practice (at the ground level).
Some may claim, "We are the best, just look at our books, traditions, or protocols." But texts alone do not define reality. There can be a huge gap between what is written and what actually happens in practice.
Making conclusions or declaring something superior simply because it is associated with your own community is one of the most illogical things a person can do.
Ethnocentrism is often used by demagogues to manipulate people, create divisions, encourage bias, and disrupt peace.
- Some politicians use religion as a tool to get vote bank. They brainwash you to a level that your religion is attacked by everyone and only they can save it.
As responsible human beings, we should be willing to acknowledge that the groups we belong to also have flaws in practice, whether it is discrimination, inhumane behavior, prejudice, or hatred toward others directly or indirectly. Instead of defending such flaws, you should work to overcome them.
You become a TRUE VARIABLE when you stop living like a constant with fixed beliefs inherited without question from your surroundings. Growth begins when you think for yourself.
Let your life be guided by the principle that peace is better than conflict, that no innocent person should be harmed, and that we should strive to make the world a better place through our actions. At the same time, we must protect both our mental and physical well-being.
Think critically, stay humane and choose peace.

If you reach the conclusion of anything through an ethnocentric perspective, you don't deserve to be in VT.
Ethnocentrism is the belief that your own culture, ethnic group, or nation is superior to all others. And a lot of people believe in it.
But I think differently, no one is superior, every group has some strengths and weaknesses on the ground level.
Some may say we are best, look towards our protocols in books. But text doesn't define the practicality.
Being objective means to think logically, question. Those texts and reality have earth-sky differences.
So, making conclusions, or saying something is better by relating it with your community is the worst and illogical thing which you can ever do.
Ethnocentrism is the job of demagogues who fool you, who divide you, who brainwash you, who indirectly disrupt the peace by making you Illogically biased.
But, as good humans it's your responsibility to think logically and believe that the group you follow has some weaknesses too on practical ground like discrimination, inhumane practices, hate for other groups etc. Let's not adapt to those traits.
You are a TRUE VARIABLE when you stop living like a constant with fixed belief which was taught to you by few people in your surroundings.
Everything in your life till death should revolve around this ideology that we have to live life where we will prioritize peace over conflicts, and will not harm any innocent and will make world a better place through our actions, moreover we will protect our mental health and physical health too.

I don't know who the mentor was that recommended her to enroll for VT CHALLENGES.
VT-Challenges is a way to transform someone's life, but recommending it to others is one of the best things someone has ever done.

Dive deep into love and success
You manipulated her.
Or you manipulated him.
You manipulated them just to love or live with you.
Later, he or she realized that it was their worst decision to live with you. Then they make the brave decision to leave you and say it's over. And you are like, "It's cheating."
No, this is not cheating. It is their decision to leave you and live life alone or with another person.
So, here is something: If you want someone to be with you, don't use stupid tactics to attract them.
Because later they will learn the reality and realize it was all a mask. Instead, use your energy to build yourself. Work on your health, finances, and peace of mind.
Once you become a better version of yourself, you will be baffled by how people start to chase you. Then the choice is yours.
Instead of chasing a girl, focus on your speech, communication, physique, job, and business.
For now, close the chapter on chasing love and chase growth. It may take one year, or two, or five. Just work on yourself and see the magic later.
Everyone loves successful people. Great men and women want successful partners.
When someone says money doesn't matter, there are two reasons why they say so:
- They are either average people who don't understand the value of money.
- Or they lie.
Money is important. I am screaming this in your ear: money is important.
Your kids should not suffer from malnutrition. They should get a good education. You should have a good house. In case you face a medical emergency, you should have savings.
If you haven't achieved anything yet, don't call yourself unlucky. You are not unlucky; you are lazy.
Remember, some people are privileged. They reach the level of success quickly because they have money to invest and parents to guide them. Not everyone is privileged. It might take years for you to reach that level.
Tonight, get a pen and paper. Write down: "I want this life." Define the path and work for it every single day.
- Be disciplined.
- Manage your sleep cycle.
- Leave the wrong friend circle.

You Are Always Biased Toward Something
Everyone's biased. You, me, the news anchor, the guy writing the editorial - everyone.
Mainstream media? They're spinning every story about revolution, democracy, terrorism, whatever, through their own lens.
Or they speak on the behalf of that party who funds them and that's bias.
Behind every article, book, video is a human with an ideology. And that ideology is biased to something.
Here's the thing:
nothing is truly good or evil at the core. It's all just perspective. What's justice to you is chaos to someone else.
Being biased doesn't make you the villain. It means you actually stand for something. You live by your principles even when the world tells you you're wrong. That's not evil - that's having a perspective.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
But the best kind of bias? That's fighting to make this world better without hurting people. Without discrimination.
Doesn't matter if you're left, right, religious, atheist, from here or there.
Me? I'm baised to VT.
Whatever it takes to make this world better. That's my bias. And I'll own it.

Hello, I need a favor:
Make my eyes wet.
Tell me a story so heartbreaking that it stays with me long after I finish reading it.
Be honest. Be genuine.
And don't worry, after reading it, I won't expose you. Your story will remain safe with me. I simply will to read it.
Write it as if it really happened. Let every page feel like a memory someone carried for years but never found the courage to share.
I don't want a happy ending.
I don't want a story where everything works out in the end.
I want a story that reminds me how deeply life can hurt. The kind of story that leaves a lump in the throat, a heaviness in the chest, and silence after the final page.
Tell me about lost dreams, impossible choices, painful incidents, regrets that never faded, or love that couldn't stay, etc.....
Write it on sheets of paper with hand, turn those pages into a PDF, and send it to me.
I'm waiting at @iamvariable.
I will select the story that moves me the most. That makes my eyes more wet.
The winner will receive the eBook and audiobook of 56 Lessons of Greatness. If you already have them, I will provide one year of VT-Paper for free.
If no story can make my eyes wet, then no one is winner.
I'm not looking for the best writer.
I'm looking for the story I'll never forget.
Start now. Feel free to share...

Dear Girls,
Today, I want to teach you two important lessons.
1) Earn Money, Legally
VT (variable tribe) has always stood by one philosophy that I have mentioned multiple times: money matters.
The reality is that people with money often receive more respect, appreciation, and opportunities. Those who don't have money are rarely valued at the same level, except for a few individuals who achieve something extraordinary or create a revolution.
This philosophy applies to both men and women.
If you are a woman with a stable and respectable job, your status in society automatically rises. You gain more opportunities and the ability to live life on your own terms.
Some people may say, "It is not necessary for a woman to work if her husband earns enough." That is a question for the future. If one day you find a husband who earns well, treats you with respect, and provides a comfortable life, then you can make your own decisions. But for now, sitting idle is not an option.
The reason I emphasize this so much is because not every man treats his wife well. I have seen women suffer. Some do not even have enough money for their basic needs. As a member of VT, you should at least have enough financial independence to take care of yourself and buy the things you need without depending on anyone.
Work hard. Build skills. Earn money. Create your own security.
2) Set Boundaries, Trust Very Carefully
One mistake I often see is that many girls trust people too quickly. They become friendly with everyone and reveal too much about their lives.
Inside VTCH, I always tell people: trust 1 or two people only.
In most cases, you should trust no one completely. In rare situations, you may trust one person who has consistently proven their loyalty over many years. In the worst-case scenario, perhaps two people. Never more than that.
Yet I see many of you sharing your personal life with people you barely know.
As a man, I live among men. I know how many of them think and behave. Many people do not show their true intentions in the beginning.
Never let emotions make you careless.
The world is full of people who wear masks. Some individuals behave like animals in human form. You may not recognize them immediately, but by the time you do, the damage may already be done.
Such people can appear as:
A colleague, boss, so called as male friend, relative, Someone you meet online
Always maintain boundaries.
Remember, no one is guaranteed to come and save you. In difficult situations, you must be strong enough to protect yourself and fight for yourself.
Final Message
I want every female associated with VT to live a fantastic and successful life.
So follow these two lessons seriously:
- Work hard on your goals and dreams.
- Become financially independent.
- Set strong boundaries.
- Trust carefully.
- Stay aware of your surroundings.
- Protect your future.
Especially if you socialize online or regularly interact with people in schools, colleges, universities, or workplaces, you need to be even more conscious.
Sometimes life gets disrupted so gradually that you do not notice it happening. Years later, you look back and regret the decisions you made.
Stay focused, stay aware. Build a life that gives you freedom, dignity, and peace.
