We have confirmed our initial suspicion that a company based in the United States is operating and connecting to the network. As a result, the investigation now involves four countries: the United States, England, Colombia, and the Dutch West Indies.
Although the investigation is still in its preliminary stages, we have already uncovered some significant leads. This promises to be an intriguing start.
Upon reviewing the operation’s timeline, which dates back to 2004, I noticed that during a certain period, the entire network was hosted by a provider owned by the operation. They invested millions into their hosting infrastructure to maintain control over operations, content, subscriptions, and members.
