Please don't be impatient. We'll take action regarding GDS Rule3 Transfer soon. But, at first, inform the current status of filed RTIs. What Reply received from DOP in RTIs, filed by us in Rule3 Campaign?

Madam/Sir,
I am directed to refer to CEPT email dated 29.08.2025 on the subject mentioned above wherein CEPT has informed that, the application and database of Online Rule 38 Portal (Version 1.0) are being migrated from ITI Cloud Data Centre to CEPT Data Centre. For carrying out this migration activity, the portal has to be made down. The migration and data transfer process are expected to take approximately 7 days.
2 In view of the above, all Circles as hereby informed that the Rule 38 portal will remain unavailable during this period.
