Dear Team by 9.30 it is expected rest devices if kept in network should get updated with IMA. Thanks for the patience.

As discussed with the mdm helpdesk team, there is pendency of more the 200 mails at their end due to multiple/topup mails (in the 50% cases applications are already there), which is causing unnecessary backlog.. Kindly note that we are dealing with more than 1.6 lac devices and application size is more than 160mb, so issue will come in the few devices. Installation already completed in more than 1.5 lac devices. *We are again pushing the IMA app in all the pending devices once again today @9:30 PM,* kindly advise end users to keep their devices ONLINE wherever pendency is there. Avoid sending mails/topup mails related to IMA app repush till tomorrow @12 PM.
