विषय: जीडीएस नियम-3 स्थानांतरण - सितंबर 2025 चक्र शीघ्र प्रारंभ करने का तत्काल अनुरोध। आदरणीय महोदय, आईटी 2.0 में तकनीकी खामियों के कारण सितंबर 2025 के लिए नियम-3 स्थानांतरण चक्र पहले ही तीन महीने से अधिक विलंबित हो चुका है। इस देरी से ग्रामीण डाक सेवकों, विशेष रूप से दूरदराज और दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में कार्यरत लोगों में व्यापक असंतोष पैदा हो गया है, जहाँ दस हजार से अधिक जीडीएस कर्मचारी अपने वास्तविक स्थानांतरण अनुरोधों पर विचार किए जाने का बेसब्री से इंतजार कर रहे हैं। जितनी अधिक देरी होगी, कर्मचारियों और उनके परिवारों के लिए कठिनाई उतनी ही अधिक होगी। स्थानांतरण चक्र के समय पर प्रारंभ होने से न केवल उन्हें राहत मिलेगी, बल्कि विभाग में बेहतर दक्षता और मनोबल भी सुनिश्चित होगा। इसलिए, हम जीडीएस नियम-3 स्थानांतरण प्रक्रिया को जल्द से जल्द शुरू करने के लिए आपके हस्तक्षेप का अनुरोध करते हैं।

Sub: Urgent Request for Early Commencement of GDS Rule-3 Transfer - September 2025 Cycle. Respected Sir, The Rule-3 Transfer Cycle for September 2025 has already been delayed by more than three months owing to technical lapses in IT 2.0. This delay has created widespread unrest among Gramin Dak Sevaks, particularly those working in remote and difficult areas, where over a thousand gds employees are anxiously waiting for their genuine transfer requests to be considered. The longer the delay, the deeper the hardship for the staff and their families. Timely initiation of the transfer cycle will not only bring relief to them but also ensure better efficiency and morale in the Department. We, therefore, request your kind intervention to commence the GDS Rule-3 Transfer process at the earliest. Regards

After Diwali, a report will likely be submitted stating, “GDS work for only these many hours daily, so their pay should be this much.” That’s how the matter is likely to be presented. Think about it. 👍

Friends, have you noticed something important? In the coming 4 to 5 months, there will be continuous focus and pressure on us to complete *Day End 2* early. In many places, this may have already started — constantly saying "Do Day End early, do Day End early." But do you know what's the hidden agenda behind this? Listen carefully, friends — the *8th Pay Commission* is expected to be implemented from *2026*. To ensure that our salaries don't increase or that our working hours don't appear too high, they will now push us to complete *Day End* earlier and earlier. If we keep doing *Day End* before 2 PM, it will show that our working hours are short. As a result: - Our *working hours will appear lower* - Our *salaries won't be increased* - And we might even *miss out on the benefits* of the 8th Pay Commission They know that as long as your system login remains active, it shows you’re working. So by forcing early Day End, they can manipulate data to make it appear that GDS (Gramin Dak Sevaks) are working only 4–5 hours a day. Until the 8th Pay Commission is implemented, they will try to show that GDS require only a few working hours — to justify giving us lower pay. Does this make sense to you, friends?

But, we should concentrate on Rule3 and now....

Subject: Urgent Appeal for Justice to Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) Respected Rahul Gandhi Ji, I am writing on behalf of lakhs of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) who are serving as the backbone of India Post. We request your kind support to raise our issues in Parliament and before the Government. 👉 Our Major Problems (Point-wise): 1. Nearly 2.5 to 3 lakh GDS employees are working across India. 2. Official duty hours are shown as 4 hours, but in reality we are forced to work 7–8 hours daily. 3. Under the name of targets, we face continuous harassment and mental torture. 4. TRCA payments are delayed/held back unfairly. 5. Transfer process is very difficult and restrictive. 6. We are paid only ₹10–12 thousand TRCA, almost like labourers, despite heavy responsibilities. 7. Many GDS have committed suicide due to financial and mental pressure. 8. We have no pension, no medical facility, no proper leave benefits. 👉 Our humble demand: Please help us get departmental employee status, with proper pay, pension, medical and all service benefits. We only ask for equal pay for equal work and justice for our survival.
