☘️ Remember : It’s not laziness. Zero motivation is usually burnout, fear, or feeling overwhelmed. Not a character flaw. You don’t need more willpower, you need a smaller step.
1. The 2-Minute Rule
🎟️ Don’t wait to feel ready. Open the book and study for just 2 minutes. Motivation shows up after you start ― not before.
2. Lower The Bar
🎟️ Don’t aim for a full session today. Aim for the smallest version : One page, one question, one topic.
3. Change Your Spot
🎟️ Get off the bed. Sit up straight. Wash your face. A small physical reset can shift your mental state.
4. Stop Comparing
🎟️ Someone else’s pace isn’t your pace. Comparison kills more motivation than difficulty ever will.
5. Decide The Night Before
🎟️ Don’t wake up and wonder what to study. Decide tomorrow’s first task tonight. Remove the decision.
6. Talk to Yourself Like a Friend
