YTPlus 6.0b2 is now available starting from the Basic tier ($3/mo)
I originally planned to release beta 3, but thanks to early access I was able to collect the main bug reports and fix everything needed for the upcoming stable release
Now polishing the release and working on other updates. Stay tuned❤️
| 2 | +4 📹 YouTube Plus 6.0 beta 2 is out
IMPORTANT:
This is a beta pre-release for the top subscription tiers.
For now, the update requires an Advanced subscription ($5/mo) or higher. Access dates for lower tiers will be announced later.
If you are on a lower tier, this release will not work.
If you already have an active subscription of 30+ days on other tier, you can't cancel it to upgrade. This is for your own protection, so you don't accidentally lose a subscription you've already paid for. In that case, recommend creating a new dvntm account for a monthly subscription.
What's new:
Downloader
• Improved downloader engine
• Download sheet now remembers the last selected post-download action and encoding preset
YTPlus player
• General player UI improvements
• Video quality selection
• Ambient mode
• Engine polishing
Player

• Added an option to enable captions when the preferred audio track isn't available
• Fixed YouTube Premium downloads on sideloaded installs (requires a YouTube Premium subscription)

Tab bar

• Improved tab editor
• Tabs can now be edited offline
• The Downloads tab no longer reappears on every launch

Have a good one ❤️ | 39 579 |
| 17 | Heyo!
The past few days have been intense. I've been rebuilding the entire backend system from scratch.
Almost everything is ready. What's left is battle-testing the new account system (registration, login, and everything in between), which will take a little more time (approx. 1 week)
To celebrate the progress, the latest version of YTPlus is temporarily free for everyone. No account needed, just enjoy it while it lasts.
More details on the full release coming soon.
PS:
For everyone who was subscribed on Patreon at the time of the deactivation: you'll receive a coupon for one free month via the email linked to your Patreon account.
And I haven't forgotten about annual subscribers. Everyone who sends proof of their annual subscription on release day or after (not now) will get their remaining time fully reset, meaning you'll have a complete year from that point.
Thank you everyone for your contribution, help, reports and support❤️
EDIT: OF COURSE BOOSTY AND BUY ME A COFFEE SUBS WILL GET ONE MONTH FREE TOO (forgot to mention, sorry) | 47 967 |
| 18 | Hey all, sorry for the slow replies
I'm currently working on a new update that will let you add your Patreon email directly in the app to activate the tweak on your device (similar to how it worked with Patreon before)
Please hold off on DMing me to get added if you're a Patreon supporter. I've been hit with way more messages than expected (200+), and each one takes around 5 minutes to verify and process, which just isn't sustainable😂
Update coming soon
Also, please don’t DM via channels DM - it is paid.
Refunding all your ‘stars’ right now | 36 847 |
| 19 | Temporarily free for everyone now. Read here: https://t.me/dvntms/354
• Rootful tweak
• Rootless tweak
• Roothide tweak
• iOS 15 IPA (v20.21.6)
• iOS 14 IPA (v19.20.2) | 39 352 |
| 20 | Just woke up and found out that patreon account temporarily deactivated😅
I received a notice from Patreon about the deactivation of my page and have already submitted an appeal, waiting for their response.
What this means for you:
• If you had an active subscription, you remain in the database and keep access to the apps while the issue is being resolved. No action needed on your end.
• If you'd like to get access as new user, you can do so through my Boosty. After payment, send me your email (the one you'll use to log in, same as in early beta5) and I'll add you manually.
Boosty link: https://boosty.to/dayanch96
I'll keep you updated as soon as the situation is resolved. Thanks for your patience and support 🙏 | 34 273 |
