Let's update Ha tunnel Plus and Stark VPN reloaded files and use those. Remember connection is not stable yet so when it doesn't connect the first time, use airplane mode ( turn airplane mode for 20sec and then off after connect it, if it fails repeat until it connects) this can also be done to connect any other VPN.

Airtel tried to stop UDP protocol and it's the only one supports VPNs in Uganda. We shall be back on after it being fixed. Thank you
