Idk how many of you are familiar with MoonBrah/Bryan Johnson and his anti aging lifestyle. Although I do respect his intentions I think what he is doing is stupid. He spends every minute pf his day tracking internal body's aging just to slow down death. Instead of focusing on building body aesthetics amd looks of a young man he wasted time trying to defeat the impossible (decay of the body). I am pretty sure Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt do not spend half the time this guy does on this bullshit and yet they are older but look younger and healthier and more energetic. Life should be about conquest not preservation.

We do not share the ranks with white nationalists who keep to themselves the catalogue of monkeys and engage in passive racism and petty nationalism.
