Regarding refund, actually, other admins are also discussing this ya since the amount is big. And we're already trying our best to get the money with the help from the police. Some of them might do refund, which is up to them, but my situation really doesn't allow me to as i cannot afford it at all. I don't have any savings nor do i have an income to cover any refund. I know it's frustrating for both sides but i ask for your understanding as I'm also a victim in this case and is doing my best to get the money back 🙏. As in accordance to the tnc of my channel, it is also clearly stated in the rules. I also don't wish for this to happen.
I'll do what it takes on my side for this case, and will continue to go to the police station once i finished with my final exams. Hence, i ask for your patience and understanding once again 🙏 will there be any update regarding this case, I will inform in the channel for the next course of action

Hello, very sorry for late update, since i decided nak tunggu all admin settled their report police first and foremost.
So the situation right now is that, wafy, the proxy tht i bought all ot13 ld pcs went mia since april and they never reply to any of their buyers at all until now. We as the admin decided to lodge police report which is done at this point.
The next course of action is to hire a lawyer and file a law suit against wafy to get our money back, with the total loss as of now is almost 60k (all admin combined).
There will be 2 option when we file a law suit:
1) police will take all wafy money in her bank account to refund the victims
2) police will sita all the items in her house and sell it to make up for the total loss
However, there's a risk that, there won't be enough money in wafy bank account or the items in her house is not enough to compensate for the total loss. And we might not get the amount of money we loss too.
AND, if we do want to file a lawsuit, i will need to pay rm306 first. And after that another rm3. 5k + rm8k IF wafy didn't come to court OR rm16k + rm8k IF wafy come to court. And this amount of money will need to be divided with all buyers affected since i can't cover it on my own.
So please comment if you are willing to pay your part when we need to collect money for the lawsuit or not. However, i will be honest, I'm not sure what else to do since I'm not familiar at all with this case, i may ask the police if there's anything they can do but nothing is guaranteed as of now 🙏 i apologise from the very bottom of my heart for this inconvenience
