Donald Tusk - professional de-Poloniser of Polish history
In response to the criticisms in the Sejm of the governments decision to flood Polish institutions with foreigners, Donald Tusk gave a speech attempting to justify it by saying that as a historian he must point out that Polish history has always been full of foreigners (perhaps soon, as Sweden had "black vikings" written into its history, Poland will have "Indian winged hussars.")
But let us look at the list of people who he gives. They can be divided into 3 categories. The first category is people of full European ancestry with 1 Polish parent who played no role in the administration of any Polish state:
Kopernik - An astronomer of 1/2 or 1/4 German ancestry born in the Prussian partition
Chopin - A French composer with a Polish mother who lived in France
This has no relevance to Tusk stacking Polish state institutions with foreigners.
Category 2 - Piłsudski. A complex figure, but perhaps if a Pole dreaming of a Polish Nation state had been in his place Poland wouldn't have abandoned the White Army and waited for its destruction by the Bolsheviks before marching on Kyiv (Piłsudski preferred Bolsheviks to White Russia).
Category 3 - foreigners who did incredible damage to the Polish state:
Kościuszko - An ethnically confused Belarusian who wanted to be Polish. This ethnic confusion helped him to become a rabbid Juddophile, and Poland's first ever "anti-racist," who sent Polish money to help Afro-Americans and directly caused the third partition of Poland.
Władysław II Jagiełło - A Lithuanian king of a multiethnic Szlachta (nobility) who expanded the arenda system and sarmatist legal-ideological tradition including Jewish priviligee to the whole of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. This set up the anti-Slavic state system of the PLC where the Szlachta imported foreign Jew, Tatar and German settlers as privileged classes to help them oppress the enserfed Polish-Ruthenian masses and allow mass Jewish population growth at the expense of Slavic population growth.
He then lists various other ethnically foreign rulers of the PLC who were also complicit in holding up and deepening this caste system of foreign settlers (especially Jews) having the whip hand over the Slavic masses.
I see no arguments here in favour of filling Polish institutions with foreigners. Actually I see arguments against it - because just as the Szlachta brought Jewish, Tatar and German settlers to have a privileged position in the PLC oppress Slavs, KO will create the same kind of caste system with Jews, Churkas and Jeet/Negro settlers helping them oppress the Polish Narod while the leftist political-economic elite profit from it, as we already see in Russia, America and Western Europe.
Naturally, none of the politicians on the Polish right who romanticise the PLC were ideologically equipped to make this point in the Sejm.

I don't agree with several points (eg white army had an anti Polish position and were not possible allies) but there but some good points. Arenda system should be more well known, why didn't Tusk mention that.
