| 6 | How To Turn Your WhatsApp or Telegram Community Into A Revenue Channel
1. Get clear on who is in the community: Not everyone in your group is the same person. So you can start with a simple question this week — “what is your biggest challenge with [topic] right now?”
Their replies tell you exactly who is in the room and what they need.
2. Show up with value before you show up with an offer: Give value at least three times before making any offer.
If you only show up to sell, people stop opening your messages.
3. Maintain Consistency: This is what separates a thriving community from a dead one.
Pick two to three days a week and show up every single time.
4. Use the Community to Validate before you build: Before you create anything make sure to test the idea in the community first.
Their response tells you exactly what to build. It would help you build what they want not what you assume they want.
5. Make the offer clear and the buying process simple; Create a simple landing page.
Do not send them to five different places. The simpler the process…the higher the conversion.
6. Follow up privately with the interested ones: After every offer identify who responded or showed interest.
