Good morning everyone It has come to my attention that many has said that we as admin didnt take any responsibility since admin Moon gone MIA. To clarify 1. Postage is handled fully by admin Moon as I need to move every semesters and Hana is living in borneo. 2. All warehouse that are affected are under the responsibility of admin Moon as she is the one who will contact our warehouse for ph, ina and thai. I only know some the update for Kr, China and Japan since i only have these warehouse account but we rarely use my account since 2024. 3. We cannot refund anything as items are not lost, just stuck admin Admin Moon's place. 4. I cannot go to meet her as the Hosp as i dont know where she was admitted to. 5. I cannot go to her house as i ont know any of her family and it is considered rude for me to suddenly go to her house without her there. 6. Her workplace informed that she is still on unpaid vacation for this treatment. 7. Do take note that i am a student so i dont have the ability to freely travel to find her even if i know the address to her hosp and house. I can only go to her workplace as sometimes i will go there and shops. I myself rarely open telegram so ive been bumping her on whatsapp every 2 weeks or so. I dont want to bump everyday because it has no use since i know she will reply me when she can. She didnt ran, she's just sick. I attached the proof that ive been bumping her since the last time she's online. And we didnt get any responses eventho her telegram said that she online recently. For those who said we didnt take any responsibility... May i ask what else can we do?

She is very sick and as far as we know, are currently receiving treatment in the hospital. Because of the sickness, the nurses forbid her to use any devices during treatment in hospital to avoid worsening her condition. I am unable to inform more as this is her privacy and we didnt get any permission to update anything more specific. The last update we got was on 25 December 2025 as i showed in this screenshot. We didnt get any reply from admin Moon since. Even though i know her workplace address, shes still on leaves at her workplace and also no update. I didn't know any of her family's contact or address, I also don't have the address of the specific hospital to even visit. The best me and admin Hana can do is wait. We are unable to help refund as none of the items are missing. I also offered to help admin Moon do the postage but i was too late as that was when she alrdy gone offline. We will inform if theres any update of admin Moon. I am very sorry that i update this very late as i opted to only dm those who comment in the channel or dm me. I was not comfortable to share too much information and i didn't know how to update in a better word to all affected customers. I myself is currently doing my final year project experiment, so i cannot regularly check the channel. Ini update terbaru yg i dpt dari moon. I akan minta juga proof yang shipment thai tu kata belum release tapi kena tunggu lagi. Admin moon treatment sampai 31/12 so for postage will be late. Sekarang baru sempat pack half of the items. But do expect delay sebab sakit Admin Moon direct connection dgn migrain, jd dia reply chat pun agak susah. Tbh i chat dia pun sometimes 2 hari bru dia dpt on untuk balas. Untuk barangan dri wh thai pula memang tiada update dari bahagian shipment Thai walaupun dah bump. Minta maaf atas semua delay.
