Coinbase is in talks with Bybit about a potential investment partnership. Bybit hopes to use this opportunity to enter the regulated U.S. market. Three sources confirmed the news to WuBlockchain. Earlier, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) invested in offshore exchange OKX at a $25 billion valuation. Bybit is expected to receive a similar valuation.
