Current immigration law, as written, denies admittance to those likely to become a public charge.
How is it then that 70% of Hispanic immigrants in the US rely on welfare?
Or 77% of Guatemalans?
Or 75% of Nicaraguans?
Or 53% of Haitians?
In 1999, the Clinton Administration issued new INS field guide that stated that food stamps and Medicaid, since they are not directly cash welfare, do not qualify the user as a "public charge" and thus these groups avoided denial and deportation.
The Trump Administration finally brought an end to this by redefining "public charge" to include non-cash benefits such as food stamps, Medicaid, and others.
However, states such as California and New York are suing. Mayor Zohran Mamdani of New York led a second suit joined by Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, Santa Clara County in California, and King County in Washington.
53% of Americans, regardless of political affiliation oppose allowing immigrants to receive welfare at all, and 78% of Americans oppose access to welfare for illegal immigrants.
You have to ask, who are these states defending?

Nice white pill from CATO.
Legal Immigration from Majority-Muslim countries was cut 96% since 2024.
People cannot comprehend how 9/11 failed to stop Muslim immigration.
~56% of the Muslim immigrants in the United States arrived after 2001. That’s 1.45 million people.
We CAN stop it. And we can reverse it by encouraging family reunification back in their home countries.

The Volkstaat Policy Sustainable US Foreign Policy Concerning South Africa
"South Africa is in many ways a warning—a canary in the coal mine for Westerners about their future unfolding in real time. When demographics and liberalism and communism meet into one big so-called melting pot…" Ernst Roets, interview with WPPI, February, 2025
This multicultural experiment resulted in disaster for the Rainbow Nation and its minority Afrikaner population is facing unspeakable racially-motivated violence and land expropriation.
While the United States formally recognized their plight, more must be done to secure a future for the Afrikaners with full self-determination.
Our solution is The Volkstaat: the establishment of an independent state for Afrikaners.
There is ample precedent in Washington for the establishment of secessionist states based upon an ethnocultural identity. For example, the US supported the formation of Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Israel.
This policy is the natural extension of the pro-Afrikaner line the Administration has taken.
Please share and join us in DC Friday,, September 25th to support The White Cross Project. See you there!

This is making the rounds again, and thankfully so is the idea of taxing remittances.
The US should be taxing remittances no matter what!
Palau taxes remittances at 4% to mitigate this exact problem: the foreign cheap labor fails to pay into the tax system to cover the cost of their own services.
Kuwait (a country with a deliberate and incredible policy of "Kuwaitization," essentially reverse-DEI) also proposed a remittance tax between 1-5%.
Taxing remittances is a great immediate step to recouping some of the costs of immigration. It can also be done at the state level (Oklahoma has a tax on transfers sent outside the state for example). And Chip Roy
in Texas has been doing great work advocating for a remittance tax.
The long term solution is an immigration moratorium (the PAUSE act is another great piece of legislation to this end) paired with incentives for migrants to return, a.k.a. Remigration.

In 2021, Hamilton police did nothing while vandals tore down a statue of Canada's first Prime Minister Sir John A. Macdonald.
However, dare to host a conference to discuss halting immigration and protecting the demographic sovereignty of Canada? That's prohibited.
Help the Dominion Society recover lost deposits from being forced to move their venue and re-route speaker flights due to the ludicrous anarcho-tyranny of Canada.
Democracy without free speech is just tyranny by another name.

Our UK Policy Fellow Lucy White presents the Canadian Remigration Platform, supporting our Anglosphere brothers and sisters abroad.
After all, Canada and the United States were both settled in large part by the British, so it's no exaggeration to say we are genuinely extended family. It's heartening to see so much renewed cooperation to defend Western Civilization!
Thank you to the Dominion Society for hosting an incredible event despite incomprehensible government repression.
We are honored to participate!

“Canada is perfectly within her rights in selecting the persons whom we regard as desirable future citizens. It is not a ‘fundamental human right’ of any alien to enter Canada. It is a privilege… There will, I am sure, be general agreement with the view that the people of Canada do not wish, as a result of mass immigration, to make a fundamental alteration in the character of our population. Large-scale immigration from the Orient would change the fundamental composition of the Canadian population. Any considerable Oriental immigration would, moreover, be certain to give rise to social and economic problems of a character that might lead to serious difficulties in the field of international relations.”
—Prime Minister William Lyon Mackenzie King, speech in the House of Commons on post-war Canadian immigration Policy. May 1st, 1947.
Canada’s demographic profile has shifted sharply since Canada’s Liberal, wartime, prime minister William Lyon Mackenzie King declared that it was undesirable to change the fundamental character of Canada’s population.
As of 1951, Canada's ethnic composition was 97% European, 1.2% First Nations, and less than 0.5% Asian.
Today, Canada is only 63.7% European Canadian.
This represents a 30 point drop in one lifetime.
With a simple Remigration platform that combines immigration reform and enforcement with a voluntary remigration platform for those who desire to return to their homelands, Canada can recover its demographic balance and maintain cultural continuity for generations to come!

Young Republicans clubs across Texas generously hosted White Papers!
Comal County was our first stop. Predictably, the left wing media reacted with hysterical antics. But smear campaigns don't work on these patriotic young men and women.

The idea that we must have continued immigration to support our economy is false and dangerous yet pervasive.
💰In a study titled the Borderless Welfare State, researchers found immigration costs the Dutch government €17 billion per year.
🍼Another Dutch study by their own CPO showed that an immigrant who arrives at 25 will have a net negative lifetime cost of €43,000. The child of that immigrant? just under €100,000.
👀In Sweden, a 2017 government investigation found immigrants will double the cost of pensions even after taking into account taxes paid by these immigrants. This was confirmed again in 2019.
👉🏻In the US, the most recent CIS report revealed that 53% of all immigrant-headed households are using a major welfare program.
When will this false narrative die?

The Trump Administration's attempts to tie Communism to foreign foes is correct, but doesn't go far enough.
An effective battle against Communism will recognize it is not purely ideological.
Communism is no longer the working class vs. the owning class. It is the Third World vs. the First World.
The success of this shift of framing from an economic war to one of ethnic grievance is illustrated beautifully in the State Department's Cuba report which revealed "Cuban operatives sought to aggressively recruit American minority groups as internal revolutionary agents."
Americans must keep up and realize they are the extension of European Civilization and that Communism seeks to destroy us. If we don't fight on the same battlefield of identity, we will lose.

Genuinely astonishing.
1. If migrants don't know any better than not to rape girls, they shouldn't be here.
2. No rapist deserves asylum. This is an inappropriate use of passive voice.
There is a line where cross-cultural tolerance becomes pathological. We crossed it.

A quarter of all Mexicans live in the United States (39 million).
There were barely 4 million Mexicans in the US in 1960.
Americans have voted against Mexicanization at every opportunity and have been ignored.
Huge parts of the US are essentially extra-territorial areas of Mexico.

Incredible turnout for the True Texas Project's Conference yesterday, 350+!
Thank you for the warm welcome in Dallas!
I presented our American Repatriation Policy Platform, but this slide in particular is critical.
The Republican party MUST accept and EMBRACE its base.
White Americans are the natural constituency for the Republican party. It must stop this nonsense of rejecting "racist" White men in favor of pandering to "minorities" (Who are the global majority-who will imminently be the majority in Western countries, and who overwhelmingly vote Democrat).

The True Texas Project's conference in Dallas is just TWO DAYS AWAY!
Get your tickets here before they sell out.
The speaker lineup here is phenomenal. At their event in February, I particularly enjoyed the presentations from Texas Sheriff Roy Boyd and Ryan McCubbin. It’s an honor to be listed beside Pat Buchannan’s legendary advisor, Paul Gottfried. And I’m really looking forward to hearing Chris Russo tackle the problem of legal immigration.
