The State Department released a report on Cuban espionage in the US. This was 100% avoidable. 20% of all Cubans live in the United States. 49% are on welfare. We host 85% of the entire Cuban diaspora. Americans never voted to import 20% of the Cuban population. Now, it's a domestic security threat. Americans want a sane Remigration policy!

Thee Birthright Citizenship case is not an abstract defense of immigrants who just love American civic ideals who may theoretically be assimilated. It's a welfare pipeline. Jonatan Pallesen's new study in Norway confirms the net negative effect of non-Western migration which is duplicated in studies across the Western world. For example, the Dutch CPO showed that an immigrant that arrives at 25 will have a net negative lifetime cost of €43,000. A Swedish govt. study found immigrants will double the cost of pensions after taking into consideration the taxes paid by these immigrants. And in the US, 51% of legal immigrants and 61% of illegal immigrants use some form of major welfare program. Happy Birthday, America! Here's a brief history of US Immigration law (what "to us and our Posterity" means): 👉🏻 The very first immigration law, the Naturalization Act of 1790 restricted naturalization to free white persons of good character (who had to wait two years). ⏳ The naturalization Acts of 1795 and 1798 increased the required residency to 5, then 14 years respectively. ❌Naturalization expanded to African Americans with the 14th Amendment and the 1870 Naturalization Act, but this was intended only for freed slaves, NOT African immigrants. ❌ The Page Act of 1875 explicitly listed Asian immigration as undesirable and the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882 tried to end it entirely. 🇮🇳 Congress was so determined to bar third world immigration that it overrode presidential veto in 1917 to pass the Immigration Act of 1917 which implemented the Asiatic Barred Zone (including India) and enforced a literacy test. The Supreme Court later ruled in United States v. Bhagat Singh Thind that Indians were not white and therefore ineligible to become US citizens. America then retroactively denaturalized 50%-70% of Indians between 1923 - 1927. ✈️ In 1921, Americans passed the Emergency Quota Act because there were even too many European immigrants after WWI. ✅ Then, in 1924, the Johnson-Reed Act established quotas that gave 98% of immigration places to Europeans (72% to Brits, Germans, Irish, and Dutch). ❌ The 1965 Hart-Celler Act was a dramatic departure from American Immigration Law and was passed via deliberate deception. The chair of the Senate subcommittee hearings, Edward Kennedy, promised "the ethnic mix of this country will not be upset." That's exactly the opposite of what happened. Is an America that is minority-White still America? The founders would say no. Reverse The Great Replacement By Ending Birthright Citizenship For ALL Foreign Residents, Legal And Illegal When drafting new legislation, congress must remember to also consider the impact of children of legal immigrants. The US allows in 1.2 million legal immigrants annually. They (and the 10.4 million non-immigrants admitted on "temporary" visas) can produce an anchor baby just as easily as illegal immigrants can. Alex C. describes how congress can pass a law interpreting the 14th Amendment only in the way it was originally intended and revoke the Supreme Court's ability to adjudicate their legislation on this matter. We must do everything we can to control the number and quality of people who come to this country and become our fellow Americans or we risk losing our national core forever.

Birthright Citizenship cheapens the inheritance of every American and exposes this country to national security threats. Today's SCOTUS ruling is disappointing, but not final. Congress can pass a law interpreting the 14th Amendment to apply only to African Americans, European Americans, and Hispanic Americans whose ancestors were present in the country at the time the territories they reside in were acquired. A separate law already exists extending citizenship to Native Americans and thus no changes are required there. Congress may also revoke the Supreme Court's ability to adjudicate their legislation on this matter, a power granted to Congress in the Exceptions and Regulations clause of the Constitution.

Furthermore, they do not assimilate. ~12% of all Haitians live in the US 53% of whom are on welfare Obviously, this is unsustainable. The Haitians inherited the French constitution, yet it is still in a state of ongoing catastrophe causing Haitians to flee to western countries. There's something else going on here. The Supreme Court ended TPS for Haitians in the US. Former OH gov, John Kasich delivers the typical nice boomer take. It's natural and noble to extend sympathy to nations in need. This is different than enabling bad behavior. Haiti has been an independent country almost as long as the US. The Haitian Revolution of 1792 also involved an almost total massacre of all white inhabitants.
