We are seeking an HSE professional with strong experience in the Oil & Gas / Oilfield Services industry, particularly in Cementing and Drilling & Completion Fluid (DCF) operations, with strong exposure to client coordination and field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise HSE implementation across field operations, warehouse, and supporting facilities.
• Ensure all activities comply with company HSE standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, HSE inspections/audits, incident investigations, and follow-up corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and clients regarding HSE requirements, permits, documentation, audits, and operational readiness.
• Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with clients and relevant HSE stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the Oil & Gas / Oilfield Services industry.
• Strong experience or exposure in Cementing and/or Drilling & Completion Fluid (DCF) operations is highly preferred.
• Possess a valid K3 Migas certification at Supervisor/Pengawas level; AK3U or other relevant HSE certifications will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessment, incident investigation, and oilfield operational safety.
• Proven experience in client-facing HSE coordination and preferably an established professional network within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to travel and support field operations as required.

“Human error.”

Training ulang.
Surat peringatan.
